Obsahem bakalářské práce je zhodnocení procesů probíhající v části logistického řetězce společnosti Family Frost, spol. s r.o. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí -- teoreticko-metodologické a praktické. V teoretické části jsem shrnul poznatky z odborné literatury. Díky nim jsem mohl lépe pochopit procesy probíhající v praxi. V praktické části jsem se zaměřil na analýzu logistických procesů probíhajících v centrálním skladu. Cílem bylo najít úzká místa a navrhnout k nim vylepšení. The subject of my thesis is evaluation of procedures in part of Family Frost supply chain. The work is divided into two parts -- methodological and practical. In methodological part I summarized pieces of knowledge from professional literature. Thanks to this I could better understand procedures inside of the company. In practical part I focused on analysis of logistic procedures in the company. My goal was to find weakness and to suggest solutions for improvement.
