Wood-splitting machine
Svoboda, Vít ; Škopán, Miroslav (referee) ; Malášek, Jiří (advisor)
The objectives of the bachelor’s thesis is to make a short research about the cutting machines in general, compare the design, individual drives and the parameters of these machines. The next part is the emphasis on the actual construction of the machine, which is another goal of the work. At first, the frame is designed, then the hydraulic circuit of machine is designed by calculating and the last part deals with control and supporting calculations splitter component elements. The basic drawings of selected components of the splitting machine are parts of the work.
Recognizing Faces within Image
Svoboda, Pavel ; Žák, Pavel (referee) ; Švub, Miroslav (advisor)
The essence of face recognition within the image is generally computer vision, which provides methods and algorithms for the implementation. Some of them are described just in this work. Whole process is split in to three main phases. These are detection, aligning of detected faces and finally its recognition. Algorithms which are used to applied in given issue and which are still in progress from todays view are mentioned in every phase. Implementation is build up on three main algorithms, AdaBoost to obtain the classifier for detection, method of aligning face by principal features and method of Eigenfaces for recognizing. There are theoretically described except already mentioned algorithms neural networks for detection, ASM - Active Shape Models algorithm for aligning and AAM - Active Appearance Model for recognition. In the end there are tables of data retrieved by implemented system, which evaluated the main implementation.
Train Speed on the Selected Line Section
Horák, Matouš ; Hoza, Miroslav (referee) ; Svoboda, Richard (advisor)
The bachelor's thesis is engaged in finfing out speed of trains in particular section of the railway track. The first part describes a direct method of measure „in situ“ and processing the data acquired this way. The second part describes the other way, namely modeling in programme OpenTrack, then follows comparison the results from this similation with real measured values.
Multi-objective condition assessment of selected parts of water distribution systems
Tauš, Miloslav ; Svoboda,, Miroslav (referee) ; Kriš,, Jozef (referee) ; Tuhovčák, Ladislav (advisor)
The topic of the thesis is multi objective condition assessment of water supply systems. The state of the art of condition assessment of water supply systems and the state of the art of multi objective optimization methods are presented within the thesis. Based on these recherches, the uniform methodology of condition assessment of water supply systems and its 7 modules was designed. The thesis deals with the selected modules to condition assessment of water pumping stations, water networks and pipe sections. The output of the methodology is the assignment of a category of the technical condition to the rated object. The proposed methodology was tested on real water facilities and proves the ability of a fair presentation of the technical condition of the object.
Optimisation of pressure condition in water supply systems
Sucháček, Tomáš ; Svoboda,, Miroslav (referee) ; Pollert, Jaroslav (referee) ; Tuhovčák, Ladislav (advisor)
This thesis is focused on the optimization of pressure conditions in the water supply network. There is a deep theoretical and critical search of the state of the art and there are fields where there is an insufficient field of knowledge, the so-called "knowledge gap". Experiments are proposed here to determine the dependence of water consumption on pressure conditions. There is a description of experiments and way how it was carried out, which were carried out on the water connection, in the pressure zone and in the laboratory on the hydraulic loop. There is proposed a methodology of experimental determination of the mathematical dependence of water consumption on pressure so that it can be used for optimization problems, where consumption is considered as an optimization criterion. The results of individual experiments are evaluated and a critical discussion of the achieved results is carried out. Finally, the achieved results are compared with the values found in a deep literature search.
Speed Increasing for Track Section Bojkovice-Bohuslavice nad Vláří
Ptáček, Jiří ; Hoza, Miroslav (referee) ; Svoboda, Richard (advisor)
This thesis will examine possibilities of increse speed on a railway track section between Bojkovice - Bohuslavice nad Vláří. The increase of speed will examined according to contemporary geometric parameters of the railway track and with proposed changes of geometric parameters of the railway track. The proposed changes cannot profoundly transformate the body of the railway track. In both cases a restriction of speed by level crossing, a track branching ect. will be taken into consideration or will propose changes of these objects.
Analysis of Railway Tracks Possessions
Malý, Tomáš ; Hoza, Miroslav (referee) ; Svoboda, Richard (advisor)
The diploma thesis deals with organization and planning railway tracks possessions. The first part includes introduction to basic terms. The second one continues with analysis of regulation of planning railway tracks possessions provided by SŽDC. Then the thesis points at the deficiencies in relation to relations between the railway operator and operator of the railway transport. The last part analyzes the costs, additional costs and lost profits of affected entities in connection with the selected tracks possessions.
Pressure and Flow Rate Regulation Design for Pump-Tank System
Kovář, Jiří ; Němec, Zdeněk (referee) ; Svoboda,, Miroslav (referee) ; Březina, Tomáš (advisor)
The proposed work is dealing with control design of pump-tank system as part of broader water-supply network with using of mechatronic approach. The main goal of this work is design of control for regulation of flow, pressure and water level in tank in water-supply network of Vsetin city. This water-supply network consists of various components, such as pumps, pipes, valves, tanks etc. For the purpose of the control design is necessary to create a model of pipe network. The solution of hydraulic analysis is obtained by using the gradient method, which was implemented into the software solution named ADAM. The results of hydraulic analysis are compared with measured values of flow and pressure and difference of these values has to be minimalized by proposed calibration and verification process. The calibration and verification process was implemented in software ADAM. The essence of design control is formulating control problem as optimization problem. Therefore the output of higher control layer is set of procedural rules, which determines for example speed of pumps in time etc. Results were verified by using for this purpose developed computational server (ADAM Server).
Basic characterization of selected samples of animal feeds
Svoboda, Ilona ; Hrstka, Miroslav (referee) ; Vítová, Eva (advisor)
The aim of the diploma thesis was to choose poper parameters for a quick and simple characterization of animal feed, to verify working procedures and to apply these on chosen samples. Within the scope of this work, samples of animal dog feed produced in a private company „Adamkovy tlacenky“ were analyzed. The feed is in the form of brawn, stored in artificial casing; it consists of up to 80% of animal components and up to 20% of vegetable components, while the rest of the weight is the pork gelatine. The feed does not contain preservatives, colourings as well as any other chemically produced additives. For the analysis three formulas were chosen: "Hovězinka", "Kuřátko" and "Srdcovka", the composition of which is protected by the patent. The choice was made to include samples of different composition. The content of raw crude protein, fat, fibre, dry basis, and ash was determined. The obtained values were compared with the standards for feed normally utilized by the feed industry. The results will be used to improve the formulas and to develop new types of feed.
Stress analysis of the tree root of an aircraft engine turbine wheel
Čepica, Vojtěch ; Svoboda, Miroslav (referee) ; Chromek, Lukáš (advisor)
The main focus of the bachelor thesis is stress analysis of the tree root of an aircraft engine turbine wheel. First part is dedicated to the issue of aircraft engine and various kinds of mounting the rotor blades. Next chapters of the thesis involve the calculation itself. The known equatations have been used in case of analytical calculation whereas the ANSYS Workbench program based on final element method has been used for the numerical calculations. Finally I compared both approaches in conclusion of the thesis.
