Suggestion of Manager´s Working Group Uniting Procedure

This thesis analyses problems related to the creation of the working team coupled with the process of it’s members‘ cohesion. The theoretical part of the work contains an introduction and explanation of basic concepts related to given issues. In particular, we look at the issue of the manager's personality, the theory of social Gross, work teams, styles of leadership and management teams. The last chapter contains general recommendations of basic skills in the approach of managers and management teams. The practical part is focused on the analysis of the investigation file, the analysis of the facto. The aim of the project is to design such a manager process strategy, which leads to team cohesion thereby increasing work efficiency.
Utilization of animation programs for affecting fitness and weight reduction

Title: Utilization of animation programs for affecting fitness and weight reduction Objectives: The aim is to determine the effect on the fitness and weight of the individual motion intervention animation programs to a select group of animators, which activities include animation programs during the summer season from June to September and how they are demanding in terms of method, focus, intensity and time. Methods: The main methods are guided interview with animators, observation of animators and course of animation programs, measurements of anthropomethric parameters (weight, height) heart rate and resting heart rate of animators. Results: Animation programs are effective movement programs that meet all kriteria. The programs are versatile, covering all components of fitness. For whole season of four months: 56 hours on flexibility, 88 hours aerobic endurance, 48 hours power capability, 136 hours and 200 hours dexterity more components of condition together. Programs are also long-term, carried out in a time of eight hours per day, six days a week. The intensity of animation programs is the same for the animators whole season. Possiblities of movement intervention evaluation in females younger 23 years

Title: Possibilities of evaluation physical interventions for women younger than 23 years Objectives: The aim is to find out what training is preparing a selected team of women to 23 years in the rowing club and did what other possibilities of physical activity using a group of women in terms of mode, intensity and time. Methods: The main method is observation and questionnaire to obtain additional information. Results: Oarswoman systematically train 5 days a week. The rowing program is divided into the season on the water, winter training and the time when oarswoman do not train. Season the water lasts seven months, winter preparation of 3, 5 months, 1 month oarswoman and do not train on average 2-3 weeks are transient. Group average, coached by specific means 315 hours per year and drives at least 2520 km. Non-specific funds are included in a total of 336 hours per week in training in the form of running, weight lifting, swimming, yoga and stretching program HEAT and riding an exercise bike spinning. Analysis of the health care systems in Spain and Portugal

The master thesis deals with the health care systems of Spain and Portugal. The theoretical part of the thesis describes the general types of health care systems and the way they compare. In the next part the health systems of both countries are introduced with a focus on the financing, provision of services and health care reforms. The practical part of the thesis aims to analyse the relation between health expenditures and selected indicators of quality of health care in Spain and Portugal. For this purpose is used the correlation coefficient and the cost effectiveness analysis, which provides a comparison of the two countries with selected OECD countries.
