The main objective is determining what extent the entry into business activities affect the situation on the labour market and voluntary start of business. Research is carried out using forms. Enhancing parental competencies for children with developmental dysphasia

ANNOTATION: This thesis is concerned with problems of parents with children suffering from specific language impainnent, with their parental competencies and their fortification. The thesis consists of six individual chapters. The first four chapters are theoretical, aimed at definition of basic tenns such as family, disability, speech therapy, cooperation of the speech therapist with the family of a child suffering from SLI. The fourth chapter features an analysis of accessible foreign parental programmes and also a brief characterization of domestic citizen-action public providing logopaedic or other care to people with disabilities. The fifth chapter includes an own support programme for parents of children with specific language impairment. The sixth chapter is of practical orientation; it consists of an analysis of an inquiry via questionnaire. Parents of children with specific language impainnent are the respondents of this inquiry. The aim of the above mentioned inquiry is to ascertain demand for parental support courses. Cooperation of the speech therapist with family of children suffering from communication disability

This dissertation is engaged in cooperation of the speech therapist and the family of a child suffering from a communication disability, especially it is focused on educational activities for parents of children thus affected. The work is divided into four chapters. In the first three chapters I define basic terminology, structure and forms of logopedics care in the Czech Republic, I analyze available foreign supporting programmes for parents of children with communication disabilities and also I describe activities of various citizen-action public groups contracted on logopaedics and else.The fourth chapter has a practical focus, its firts part is dealing with analysis of a via qusetionnaire survey aimed at educational activities for parents. The sekond part of the last chapter features my own experiment-to create a supporting programme for parents of children with a specific language impairment. Creating of this supporting porgramme is the main aim of my dissertation work. Mezinárodní ochrana práv na označení

Diplomová práce se zabývá mezinárodní ochranou práv na označení. Popisuje mezinárodní dohody, které byly v této oblasti uzavřeny, a směrnice a nařízení Evropských společenství, jež byly přijaty. Věnuje se současné úpravě mezinárodní ochranné známky, ochranné známky Společenství, mezinárodní i evropské úpravě označení původu a zeměpisných označení, sleduje též ochranu obchodního jména. Na teoretický základ navazuje reálným stavem ochrany a bojem proti jejímu porušování, což doplňují uvedená rozhodnutí Evropského soudního dvora a Arbitrážního a mediačního centra Světové organizace duševního vlastnictví.
