The purpose of this bachelor's thesis is the implementation of panoramic viewer of videos and images with use of WebGL. Thesis is focussing on processing videos in fisheye mode without having to convert them to equirectangular projection. Between other aspects of this thesis belongs the improvement of panoramic viewer with compass or with information about viewers angle.

Based on this analysis it is considered possibility to extend this net by the WiFi net including the choice of the suitable technologie and the proposal of the wireless net structure including the implementation of this solution into the organisation.

The thesis concentrates on the network infrastructure problems , its proposal in the civil service area and analyses in detail the present condition of surroundings in the chosen organisation which requirements and needs for the suggested network infrastructure result from subsequently . On the base of the analysis it considers the posibility of realising the network infrastructure which consists in the choice of the suitable technology and the proposal of the computer network structure , including the implementation the solution in the given organisation and the specification of the financing resources.
PHP web application for penetration testing of the PrestaShop system

This diploma thesis is focused on the development of an application in PHP program- ming language for penetration testing of web other applications using PrestaShop sys- tem. Similar to PrestaShop, other platforms mediating the implementation of online stores are a very exposed point of contact with customers. Therefore, they are also the target of many cyber-attacks against which they need to be protected. In the theoret- ical part of the thesis, the reader is introduced to PHP, MySQL or Laravel framework technologies and MVC web application architecture including REST API. Furthermore, the PrestaShop system and the penetration testing methodology are described in detail. In the practical part of the thesis, the development and testing environment is intro- duced and the PrestaCure web application with implemented penetration testing suite is described. The results of the thesis show the full functionality and usability of the implemented application in practice also with respect to the simplicity and modularity of adding additional penetration tests.

Multiclass segmentation of 3D medical data using deep learning

Master's thesis deals with multiclass image segmentation using convolutional neural networks. The theoretical part of the Master's thesis focuses on image segmentation. There are basics principles of neural networks and image segmentation with more types of approaches. In practical part the Unet architecture is choosen and is described for image segmentation more. U-net was applied for medicine dataset. There is processing procedure which is more described for image proccesing of three-dimmensional data. There are also methods for data preproccessing which were applied for image multiclass segmentation. Final part of current master's thesis evaluates results.

This article deals with the security of web applications, focussing on vulnerabilities inweb applications written in PHP language. This work reveals existing security issues, demonstratesthe impact of them and propose solution with more approaches. The solution focuses mainly onthe level of network filtering with Intrusion Detection System (IDS) or Intrusion Prevention Systems(IPS). There are more issue solution approaches and it will therefore be possible to propose the bestone and describe it more.
