Snažil jsem se podle svého nej lepšího vědomí a svědomí zpracovat téma, které jsem si sám a rád vybral. Pokusil jsem se ukázat nezastupitelnou historickou úlohu mše jako specifické hudební formy, která má svou stálou platnost (a funkčnost) i v současné době. Začínám si dokonce myslet, že by hudební význam mší mohl v budoucnu mírně stoupat. Zásadním předpokladem pro to ale jsou podle mého názoru dvě věci. Jednou z nich je hudební přístupnost a srozumitelnost díla (ovšem nikoliv na úkor kvality), aby nejen interpreti, ale také posluchači byli ochotni a schopni tuto hudbu přijmout. Druhou, neméně důležitou věcí, je možnost dílo tohoto typu často a kvalitně provádět.

This Master's thesis analyses the equity of companies, especially the non-monetary deposits into equity. The goal of the thesis is to describe the equity from the terms of harmonization of European Union and from the terms of Czech legislation, i.e. Commercial Code, Accounting Act and the related regulations. Non-monetary deposits are described in more detail in the terms of Czech law.

The goal of the submitted thesis is to analyze the position of Cenkonzult Tábor s.r.o. at appraisals, calculations, engineering, accounting and tax advisory services market, which the company provide. The first part of the thesis is devoted to a presentation of the theoretical description of processing a business plan and processing external, internal analysis and financial analysis. The practical part of the thesis is focused on the synthesis theoretical part. I analyzed the competitive ability of the company on the markets of providing services, advantages and competitive advantages. The strengths and opportunities of Cenkonzult Tábor s.r.o. are analyzed in the thesis. I am dealing here with the analyzed revenues and costs separated by the individual activities of the organization and financial analyses in past years.
