Designing data model concept for management and organization at the sphere of logistic system

This thesis is divided into two thematic parts. The first one targets geodatabes design process. The second section of thesis contains application of graph algorithms over the final data model. The goal of the first section is to design a data model. In the first step of data modeling process all the available data information is organized at the conceptual data model. On grounds of conceptual data model is built-up logical data model. Logical scheme is transformed to physical design of personal geodatabase. Final data model design follows all data modeling rules through the data model process. The goal of second section of this thesis is to realize graph algorithms over the data model. The application of graph algorithms over the network contributes to efficiency of organization and management at the sphare of logistic system. These algorithms will apply through ESRI extension Network Analyst. Functionality of data model will be verified on the basis of this part. Level of employment of secondary school graduates on the labor market of Liberec region

Level of employment of secondary school graduates on the labour market of Liberec region The diploma thesis "Level of employment of secondary school graduates on the labour market of Liberec region" focuses on tree major factors influencing the level of employment of graduates. First is the role of vocational education in the educational system. The thesis tests two hypotheses. First considers vocational education to be superior to general education since graduates learn great deal of hard skills, which they can directly apply while applying for a job. Second hypotheses considers vocational education to be inferior to general education since what the graduates learn during their study does not reflect the needs of employers and they thus prefer the information about the level of education (general education). Second major factor this diploma thesis deals with is the role of social networks in finding first job. The thesis analyses the effectiveness of the social networks on the site of graduates and also on the site of employers. Third factor is the dynamics of the early working stage of graduates and the influence of social and economical forces on regional labour market. The thesis analyses data on the dynamics of employment of graduates in the Czech Republic and especially in the Liberec region.

Characterization of flame sprayed abradable seal NiCrAl-bentonite coatings

The NiCrAl-21% Bentonite abradable coating, deposited by flame spraying, was exposed to 720°C / 1 hour air-annealing to evaluate its resistance against heat-induced changes. The SEM and XRD microstructure evaluation was done. After the air-annealing, the increase of HR15Y surface hardness was recorded and accompanied with decrease of abradability evaluated by Progressive Readability Hardness (PAH) test, although no demonstrable microstructural changes was recorded by SEM. XRD analyses evidenced the formation of nickel oxides and ordered Ni3Al phase during the air-annealing. Besides the abradable coating evaluation, this work brings the verification of the potential of PAH for scratch hardness testing. The measurement provides the results with low scatter, compared to usual surface hardness testing, and enables to distinguish between the depth of indentation in loaded and unloaded state, pointing out to the elastic/plastic deformation ratio.
