Management of Development Projects

This thesis aims to map out specifically and detailed the process of planning and implementation of a development project. Introduction to the problem and definitions of basic concepts is located in the theoretical part. One of the main topics is the real estate market and its development in Slovak Republic. In the practical part is introduced the development project of residential-recreational area Lodenice, its stage, the method of financing and determine the price of residential and commercial units including documentation of preparation for contract management.

Czech theatrical poster 1968-1989: visual semiotic

Method of visual semiotics applied in the environment of the Czech theater-posters in the period of 1968 - 1989 discovered conscious or subconscious reflections in the works of artists cooperating on the art designs advertising the National Theatre in Prague and other Prague's stages, as E. F. Burian Theatre (Divadlo E.F.Buriana, now Divadlo Archa) and S. K. Neumann Theatre (Divadlo S. K. Neumanna, now Divadlo Pod Palmovkou). Presented text deals with question of mapping out the posters created for an official theater stage of the National Theatre in Prague in the period of normalization. It contains a list of posters published by the National theatre in Prague in the period 1968-89 and a visual collection of such posters - altogether 70 posters. As main sources of information served year-books "Czech graphic art and maps" (Česká grafika a mapy), "Bibliographic catalogue of the CSSR" (Bibliografický katalog ČSSR) published by the State Library of the CSSR, the Archives of the National Theatre, Anenské square 2, Prague 1, Archives of the Moravian Gallery in Brno, and personal archives of the artists themselves. Working with children with delayed schooling

Bachelor thesis titled Working with children with delayed schooling deals with children who remain in kindergarten a year longer due to delay school. The work introduces the developmental characteristics of children. It explains concepts such as school readiness, school readiness, school immaturity.. The last area of the theoretical concerns Framework educational program for pre-school educaion. In the practical part introduces the results of the survey. The work investigates whether and how teachers work with children delayed schooling and make sure that the child is an individual education plan. It was rurther investigated with whom cooperates kindergaten in the diagnosis of the child.

Aktivization in old age

Activation in old age The old age is the period accompanied by a number of physiological, psychological and social changes. The human society gets older in the whole world and the Czech Republic is no exception. Also in the higher age it is necessary to maintain the physical as well as psychological and social activity which is based on the bio-psychological conception of the man and his needs. The activity in higher age is important not only for maintaining the physical as well as mental health, but it improves the quality of live in total. In connection to incorporation of activities in older age, the concept of activation is being applied. The activation is important for the seniors in the home environment as well as for seniors in senior homes where it contributes to the better adaptation of the new client having arrived into the facility. In the theoretical part, I write among others of individual activation programs being offered by senior homes. The first goal of the thesis is to survey the activation programs offered in the senior homes in the South Bohemia. The second goal is to find out if the clients take advantage of these programmes. The hypothesis was postulated {\clqq}The most seniors in the senior homes take advantage of the activation program for memory training``. The research complex consists of clients of senior homes, moreover of the employees performing the activation in the senior homes and the directors of senior homes. The research was performed in senior homes on the territory of the South Bohemian region in the time from 20th March to 15th April 2008. 34 clients of senior homes, 12 directors of senior homes and 9 employees performing activation in senior homes took part in the research. In the thesis the following methods of data collection were applied: half-controlled talk, standardised questionnaire and comparative analysis. In the talks with clients in the senior homes I was interested in the fact what offered activation programs are being utilized by the clients, how they are satisfied with programs, the contribution of these programs. The questionnaires were determined for the directors of senior homes on the territory of the South Bohemian Region and moreover for the employees performing the activation. By means of the questionnaires I surveyed the kinds of the offered activation programs, usage of programs by the clients, contribution of activation programs for the clients, staff assurance in the programs and professional education of the employees performing the activation, but also new possibilities in the field of activation. It follows from the research that the most seniors in the senior homes take advantage of the ergo-therapy. The postulated hypothesis was refuted. The thesis shall contribute to the better survey of the individual activation programs, their contents, contribution and possibilities of usage in the work with seniors and it shall also give feedback to individual facilities.
