The main subject of this thesis is the roofing structure of a building used to run a small to medium-sized family winery with own wine production intended for subsequent sale and a guesthouse type of accommodation. This thesis includes a complete technical report, technological regulations, statements, assessment documentation, time schedule, itemized budget, assembly machinery draft, inspection and testing plan, health and safety at the building site, principles and organizational aspects of construction, details and other technical documentation for all stages.

This master’s thesis deals with the constructive-technological solutions of waste water treatment plant. This thesis consists of a comprehensive elaborate project of implementation including the time schedule, financial plan with usage of employments and technological prescriptions. Deals with design of main mechanisms and monitoring and testing plan. Logistics of resources, concept of building ground and procedures needed for realization are processed as well, risks of realization.

The content of the bachelor’s thesis is a technological proyect of the training centre of the company of Teramex s.r.o. in Hustopeče. In my work I deal with a technological instrument of ground works and with foundations. In other parts the inspection test plans, the mechanical set and the equipment of the building site are described. Subsequently, the occupational safety, the progress chart and the budgetary composition of the construction are dealt. I also follow up the comparation of the various options of the road transport.

Preparation for the implementation of the Bučovice Terrace Residence

The subject of the diploma thesis is the implementation of apartment buildings in Bučovice, specifically focusing on the apartment building "X". It deals with a construction technology project. Its content is a technical report on the construction technology project, traffic relations for the transport of materials and machines to the construction site, technical report on the construction site equipment, construction technology study, machine design, elaboration of technological regulation for monolithic ceiling construction and infiltration tank. The chapters on safety and health protection at work on the construction site, the LEED certification system and a noise study for earthworks are also elaborated. Several diagrams of the procedure of execution of individual constructions, time and financial plan, selected details are elaborated. The thesis contains 30 appendices.

Preparation of the implementation of Kelčský Javorník Lookout Tower, Rajnochovice

This diploma thesis is based on preparation of the implementation of Kelčský Javorník Lookout Tower in Rajnochovice. The main idea of the lookout tower constructing is to increase the local tourism. Diploma thesis assesses the whole project and it is focused on the foundation of the rough lower construction and also on assembly of the higher construction. Planning was assessed in terms of time, finance and in terms of the use of material resources. The quality of construction will be ensured by created inspection and test plans. To increase the overall service life of the structures, a scheduled maintenance schedule was designed. A variant solution of electricity supply was proposed, which will shorten the construction time, reduce the total construction costs and the overall maintenance of the building during its lifetime.

Preparation of a warehouse building in Kuřim

The subject of my diploma thesis is preparation of the realization of a warehouse situated in Kuřim. The work contains technological regulations for the construction of the reinforced concrete skeleton and the realization of the industrial floor, the design of the main machines and mechanisms including the time deployment, the detailed time schedule of the main building object SO 101.3 Hall B, time schedule and financial plan of the building – the objects one. Due to the scale of the work, documents relating to safety and quality control are also processed. Further, the technical report of the site equipment, including drawings, is processed. In the chapter, which provides space for other assignments, the OSH plan is elaborated, the budget of object SO 101.3 Hall B, Safety measures for the installation of reinforced concrete skeleton. The last point of the diploma thesis deals with specialization in the field of realization of inland communication.
