Small Company Establishment

The main goal of this thesis is the creation of business plan for establishing a small company. It's an internet shop selling the equipment for american football. In the first part, I'm going to focus on relative teoretical concepts, perceptions and structure of the business plan. In the following part, I'm going to analyze internal and external environment. And based on the resaults, the last and final part will contains the original design of the business plan.

Communication in a hardware accelerated circuit

Field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs) are semiconductor devices that are based around a matrix of configurable logic blocks (CLBs) connected via programmable interconnects. FPGAs can be reprogrammed to desired application or functionality requirements after manufacturing. This feature distinguishes FPGAs from Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASICs), which are custom manufactured for specific design tasks. Although one-time programmable (OTP) FPGAs are available, the dominant types are SRAM based which can be reprogrammed as the design evolves.

Procedural modelling of buildings

In this thesis we focus on implementation of a standalone application for procedural modelling of buildings. We are then testing our implementation by modelling several buildings based on buildings in real life. Apart from our implementation, we are providing a short overview into already existing methods. Návrh komunikačního mixu pro vybranou společnost

This bachelor thesis proposes a communication mix for services of the Magnolie company. Customer target groups are defined by two ideal customers. There are specific communication instrumets assigned for these segments, including their anticipated costs. Selection of these instrumets will be also based on in which addressing stage the customer is. Teoretical part includes teoretical definition of marketing mix and especially communication mix and it's instruments.
