Biblical Grounds for Ethically Responsible Approach to the Acceptance of Strangers

7 Summary The submitted rigorous thesis (Biblical Grounds for Ethically Responsible Approach to Acceptance of Strangers) describes biblical view on the question of receiving strangers. The text·is constituted by the presentation of basic biblical texts to the given topic, including their brief exegesis and interpretation, by the synthesis of fundamental biblical theological views and conclusions, and introduction of relevant biblical anthropological topics related to biblical theology of creation (above all the human dignity and the idea of "totus orbis" - i. e. the universalist idea of humankind unity). Since the presented reflection can be used in the theological ethical reflection of the phenomenon, the introducing chapter submits basic methodological notes related to the nexus ofbiblical hermeneutics and Christian social ethics. Anglická anotace Theology and Spirituality of Priestly Celibacy The aim of this diploma work is to show the basis of priestly celibacy and to draw conclusions for priests' daily life. At the beginning the autor speaks about biblical roots of celibacy and works out a brief history of priestly celibacy praxis. The main part focuses on recent theological debate on priestly celibacy and then introduces its own definition of theological basis of priestly celibacy. Last part shows some practical outcomes for spirituality of priestly celibacy. Keywords: priesthood, celibacy, continence, cleric, spirituality.

Primary questions were focused on retrieval of that behavior, which is lawbreaking of copyright and ethical judgment of that acts. Access to work issued from definition terms and effort to find arguments for copyright and against him. Concurrence of arguments should be resolved. However it showed that this progression gives out solution of the theme from the other side. This access does not search transgression against law, but on the contrary moral acceptable way look to objective. Solution is found from the other side. His basic result is statement that moral acceptable behavior in the area of copyright (without the authors consent) is such act, where are interconnected several conditions. František Jirsa: Církev a film, diplomová práce na KTF UK, Praha 2007 - resumé. V první části práce je popsán vztah církve k filmu ve světle církevních dokumentů. Církev se zabývá filmem od jeho vzniku až do současnosti. Film jako obrazové médium je velice působivý a na některé skupiny ve společnosti může mít velký kladný nebo záporný vliv. Sám o sobě není ani dobrý ani špatný, je nástrojem v rukou producentů, režisérů, herců a dalších profesí podílejících se na výrobě filmu. V první polovině dvacátého století byl film nejmasovějším druhem zábavy, proto je mu věnována v církevních dokumentech značná pozornost. Od padesátých let 20. století nastává celosvětový rozvoj televize a film je tak částečně odsunut do pozadí. Zatímco v první polovině dvacátého století církevní dokumenty především varují před špatným vlivem filmu a přinášejí konkrétní doporučení, jak se před tímto vlivem bránit, po Druhém vatikánském koncilu se začíná klást větší důraz na možnosti využití filmu k pastoraci a evangelizaci. Církevní dokumenty nás vyzývají, abychom filmy vnímali v kritickém duchu, abychom přemýšleli a snažili se porozumět tomu, co vidíme a slyšíme, a naučili se filmové umění správně hodnotit. The first chapter describes illness, its origin and history, statistic dates in the world and in our country, the way of the transmission, diagnostic and therapy of this disease and prevention. In the following part the problem of serological examination is analysed and also some problems around information about of this disease and ethics aspect of HIV therapy. The right of the positive persons to get married and give birth to child is discussed. Finally, problematics of disease's acquirement, the process of dying and death is also discussed.
The fairness of tax system

ANGLICKÁ ANOTACE The Fairness of Tax System This paper deals with the fairness of tax system. After introductory chapter the history of taxes is summarized and the basic functions of taxes are described followed by mentioning the requirements of good tax system. One of the main requirements is the fairness of the system. In the third part, paper discusses the role of justice. Three types of justice and several concepts of fairness will be introduced. I chose two concepts for further explanation. The first theory introduces utilitarianism; the second one is based on the opinions of John Rawls. According to the principle of Christian ethics I debate them. The next section evaluates taxes and kinds of tax systems on the basis of fairness theories. Examples from Czech tax system are included in the discussion. The reform of public finance is prepared in our country, thus at the end the implementation of flat tax and ecological tax reform is discussed. The last chapter concludes. German people displacement after the World War II as an ethical problem - getting over the past and the guilt in the announcemets of organisations and groups expressing attitudes on the Czech-German relationship problems. The displacement is more than 60 years disscussed topic, which is still not properly solved. Working method "to see- to assess- to act" could help us to get involved into the Czech-German relationship problems with a background of historical development, with sense of the guilty phenomenon, reconciliation principle and an awareness of attitudes of the groups dealing with this problems.
