O pěstounské péči se v současné době hovoří především v souvislosti koncepce plánovaného rušení dětských domovů, posílení jejího výkonu a legislativních změn v Zákoně o sociálně právní ochraně dětí. Jedna z forem pěstounské péče je příbuzenská pěstounská péče, kdy se pěstouny stávají příbuzní dítěte. Pro dítě je výhodné, že vyrůstá v prostředí, které je mu známé, existují však i nevýhody tohoto typu náhradní rodinné péče. Má práce se zabývá pozitivy i úskalími příbuzenské pěstounské péče, a to z pohledu dítěte, pěstouna, biologického rodiče a sociálního pracovníka. Cílem práce se stalo zmapování problematiky příbuzenské pěstounské péče z pohledu sociálního pracovníka orgánu sociálně-právní ochrany dětí v Karlovarském kraji.

Business intelligence in the generic pharmaceutical industry for portfolio selection and registration strategy

The aim of the diploma thesis is to describe and analyse information sources, which are useful for the molecules portfolio selection suitable for the future development of a generic drug. These information sources should be examined on the case study of the portfolio selection in a given therapeutic area. The topic of the diploma thesis is presented in the context of basic principles and functions of the generic farmaceutical industry and its information needs. The introductory chapter characterizes the farmaceutical industry in general and warn on a competitive environment, which the farmaceutical companies can succeed in thanks to the advanced methods of the business intelligence. The second chapter focuses on the differences betwen the generic and original pharmaceutical industry, a drug lifecycle is also introduced there. The next chapter specifies the methods of the business intelligence in the generic pharmaceutical industry on the ground of its information needs. The fourth chapter plays a key role. First of all, it introduces general characteristics of information sources used in the strategic portfolio management. Applying of an information profession in the pharmaceutical group Zentiva

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to outline the organization and content of work of an information profession in the field of research and development pharmaceutical company Zentiva. The text goes from general aspects of the information profession to its specific applications in selected pharmaceutical company. In the introductory chapters information profession is presented in a broader context of information society, its growing information needs and capabilities of information services in various fields of human activities. The work focuses on application of information profession in the field of science and technology, with the view of describing pharmaceutical industry and its operation. Characteristics of the pharmaceutical company Zentiva with its specific information needs in research and development follow. The fifth key chapter describes the organization and resposibilities of information specialists, providing information services for research and development of Zentiva. The last chapter briefly describes competitive intelligence as a tool of competitive advantage on a market. Theoretical part of the bachelor thesis is based on the relevant scientific literature, concrete information have been consulted with responsible specialists of the company.
