The role of Islam in present Europe with a view to France

The thesis "The role of Islam in present Europe with a view to France" presents the general view to the dilemma of Islam immigration. This issue became more visible at the turn of the eighties and the nineties of the last century, when the figures of legal but also illegal Muslim immigrants began to increase together with demands of immigrants calling for emancipation and integration to the European society. Europe is still trying to find an acceptable form of co-existence with Muslims, which would be the compromise for both parts. Approximately 5 millions of Muslims are living today in France, which is the highest number among European countries. The target of this thesis is to describe the present state of the issue concerned and to try to find some possible solutions for the situation. The reader, in the introductory passage, gets acquainted with the historical development of the Muslim immigration, the integrations' models, depicting the ways of acceptance of foreigners to the European society in three countries with the biggest Muslim community - Germany, Great Britain and France - and the relation of the immigration policy and the legislature of the European union. Implementation and Evaluation of Project-based Education at Elementary School

The thesis Water is Life describes the natural science project realized over seven years at elementary school in Chrudim. The theoretical part is dedicated to comparison of the transmissive and constructive-based teaching. It also defines the terms: project, project- based teaching, projective method and research-based teaching. Further chapters deal with contrasting the project-based teaching with integrated theme-based teaching and implementation of the topic Water in the Framework Education Programme for Elementary Education. The analytical part of the thesis describes the process of realization of the Water is Life project from the methodology to the final evaluation. It also employs critical analysis of the project with emphasis on "projectivity" of the projects and necessity of following the basic criteria for the project-based teaching. The main aim of this thesis is to describe the problematic parts and the possible alterations of the described project. Analysis of the activities of an older school-age children at the primary school in Chrudim

The bachelor thesis is an analyse of leisure sport activities for children at the secondary level of basic school in the town Chrudim focused on athletics and football. In the theoretical part are described terms as a leisure time and his function, movement and pupils' activities and educational branch Physical Education in a general educational program of basic education. In the last issue there is a characterization of the emotional, physical and thinking development of the teenagers (11-15). The practical part will deal with an analyse of leisure activities of the pupils who have sport educational program and those who haven't got one at the concrete basic school in the town of Chrudim. The aim of the research is to find, whether the pupils involved in a sport program are more active than pupils without special sport contents and if the pupils do more sports in winter or spring seasons. Free movement of services - focus on eastern enlargement of the European Union

Diploma thesis "Free Movement of Services - The focus on Eastern Enlargement of the European Union" describes the development of the internal market of services of the European Union in view of the recent developments to complete liberalization of this market through the adoption of Directive 2006/123/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of the 12th December 2006 on Services in the Internal Market. The Eastern Enlargement of ten new countries partly affected the whole development, because it caused the reestablishment of some protectionist measures in the form of the transitional periods. The aim of this thesis is to analyze the situation on the market of services in the European Union after the admission of at least eight countries from Central and Eastern Europe, and to understand each of these steps, which have lead some states to these protectionist measures. For a greater understanding of my diploma thesis, I tried to explain some important definitions and terms in the first part of the thesis, which can help the reader to easily understand the following sections of the essay.
