The protection of creditors in bankruptcy proceedings

Theme of the dissertation is "Creditor's protection in insolvency process." Dissertation is considering the main legal institution in protection of creditor in insolvency law and especially is attending protection of creditor in bankruptcy as one of the three main methods solving debitor's bankrupt according to Czech bankruptcy law act Nr. 182/2006 Sb. Integral part of the dissertation compares the present Czech legal regulation with the German bankruptcy law according to the german bankruptcy law act (Insolvenzordnung) from 5th Oct. 1994. The dissertation is adressing direct comparison of single legal institution in light of the both legal regulations. Chapter 1 analyses concept of insolvency and its characteristic signs. It describes further legal forms of insolvency according to the Czech and German bankruptcy law (they are consistent): financial insolvency, over-indebtness, imminent bankrupt. The conclusion summarises elements of legal regulations in EU insolvency law according to Directive 1346/2000/EC of the Concil concerning insolvency law with respect to elements of protection in the events, when the element of the EU law goes into the insolvency process. Civil liability of state for harm caused by delays in civil proceeding

The doctoral thesis applies to the legal institute of state liability for damage caused by the excessive length of civil proceeding. It is one of the specific merits of case of the compensation obligations, which is regulated by the special law: Act No. 82/1998 Coll, on liability for damages by the exercise of public authority, as amended. The thesis applies to prerequisites of the state obligation for compensation of the damage as mentioned above. It judges the legislation de lege lata according the special law as well as in terms of comparing this special legislation with new legislation of liability in tort according Act No. 89/2012 Coll., Civil Code, as amended. It applies procedural requirements of the state obligation for compensation of the damage. In the thesis penetrates also assessment of the judgments of czech justice together with the judgment of the European Court of Human Rights. The thesis deals with the experiences of judgments of general courts and it judges judgments with the existing judgments of the European Court of Human Rights, the Supreme Court and the Constitutional Court. In closing the thesis includes reflections about possible changes in legislation de lege ferenda, which was influenced mainly if the new general legislation of the civil law.

Nutrition cattle for a given farm

The nutrition of dairy cattle in relation to milk production forms an integral part of bigger businesses with livestock farming. This Bachelor thesis introduces a division of dairy cattle to categories according to the milk production and the number of days during the dry period at the same time. Furthermore, the nutrients needed for the milk production are mentioned. For individual nutrients, there are the standards of individual fodder and needs of the dairy cows in relation to their weight and milk production. In order to calculate the feeding ration accurately, it is important to analyse the pasture fodder and concentrated fodder as well as to tailor the feeding ration with a number of macro-elements and other nutrients needed for the correct metabolic function of dairy cows. The individual analysis could be entered to computer programmes with pre-installed nutrition composition of individual categories of dairy cattle. The differences in results within individual nutrients will show the needs of individual categories of dairy cattle either surpluses or shortages and according to that, will set the individual feeding ration in order to prevent health problems and to ensure the welfare of dairy cattle.

Diplomová práce analyzuje hospodářský vývoj a hospodářskou politiku administrativy amerického prezidenta Ronalda Reagana mezi lety 1981 až 1989. První část popisuje postavení amerického prezidenta v politickém systému, ekonomické teorie, ze kterých vycházela americká hospodářská politika, situaci ve Spojených státech před nástupem Ronalda Reagana do úřadu a konečně situaci mezi lety 1981 až 1989, kdy Reagan zastával úřad amerického prezidenta. Závěrečná část práce komparuje hospodářskou situaci Spojených států v době vlády Ronalda Reagana s obdobím před rokem 1981 a po roce 1989. Analýza je postavena na hrubém domácím produktu, nezaměstnanosti, cenové hladině, vnější rovnováze, fiskální politice, měnové politice a životní úrovni.
