The introductory part is devoted to the definition, use, applications and types of UAV especially for photogrammetric purposes. Also the software equipment is described, including a description and examples of several types of possible outcomes. Further the measurements, computational works and process of elaboration in used software programs are described. Achieved outcomes of elaboration are also presented. In conclusion, the overall evaluation and assessment of the results of measurement is done of set of points.
The vanished Villages in Bílinsko of the Historical Maps Pices of Work
Dohnalová, Kateřina ; Plánka, Ladislav (referee) ; Fišer, Zdeněk (advisor)
This thesis presents a comparison of maps from different time periods, which are shown on the now defunct village area Bilinsko. The work area is defined Bilinsko, with different characteristics in this area. Another section is devoted to individual communities, their history and representation in different parts of maps, in different time periods. The last section is devoted to a model village Radovesice.
Schematic maps of Public Transport System
Kriške, Petr ; Fišer, Zdeněk (referee) ; Plánka, Ladislav (advisor)
This diploma thesis is focused on creating schematic maps and their using in public transport system. It describes methods of making and individual variations of these maps. Further, the thesis is trying to evaluate and classify the available czech and world cartographic works with this content. Based on this analysis are proposed the new alternative solutions of schematic map in public transport in Nový Jičín.

In the theoretical part of the work deals with describing the documents. Furthermore, it describes methods of measurement. The practical part deals with how to detect positional deviations from the selected database points.
Various Surgical Techniques of Lesional vas Deferens Repair in Rat Experiments
Štichhauer, Radek ; Kaška, Milan (advisor) ; Rygl, Michal (referee) ; Plánka, Ladislav (referee)
Various surgical techniques for the repair of injured vas deferens in rat experiment Introduction: The herniotomy for inguinal hernia is one of the most frequent surgical procedures in paediatric surgery. The incidence of complication following primary inguinal herniotomy in neonates is not rare and repair of the injured vas deferens (VD) is not standardized. The aim of this experimental study was to assess the contusion of VD during the surgery with a surgical instrument and to perform and consequently analyze some possibilities of a simple repair method under the control of operating loupe. Methods: Seventy male rats were divided into seven subgroups according to the type of the vas deferens injury and its repair consequently: 1. Contusion, 2. cut-off and a simple one layer vasovasostomy sewn by absorbable sewing material, 3. cut-off and joining by an intraluminally lead fibre of absorbable sewing material knotted externally, 4. = 3. using non- absorbable sewing material, 5. = 2. combine with intraluminally situated absorbable sewing fibre fixed externally,6. = 5. combine with intraluminally situated non-absorbable sewing fibre fixed externally, 7. = 5. without external fixation. Fibres of non-absorbable sewing material were removed 3 weeks after the first operation. Operated or injured parts of...
Minimally invasive stabilization of posterior pelvic ring injuries with a transiliac internal fixator and two iliosacral screws: comparison of outcome and biomechanics
Salášek, Martin ; Pavelka, Tomáš (advisor) ; Džupa, Valér (referee) ; Plánka, Ladislav (referee)
Introduction: Vertically unstable sacral transforaminal fractures can be stabilized both with a transiliac internal fixator (TIFI) or iliosacral screws (IS). Goals: 1. comparison of radiological and clinical results between dorsal pelvic segment stabilization with TIFI, IS respectively, 2. evaluation and comparison of biomechanical parameters of TIFI and IS construct. Material and methods of clinical study: Prospective study, both TIFI and IS group had 32 patients, the most of injuries were assessed as type C1.3, only patients with a high-energy mechanism of injury were included. Radiological results were evaluated according Matta, clinical results according Majeed score, Pelvic Outcome Score. Categorical data were evaluated by two-sided Fishers exact test or Pearson's χ2 test, continuous data by Student's t-test, a test result with p <0.05 was considered as statistically significant. Methods of biomechanical study: Using CT images, finite element model of the pelvis was developed. Pohlemann type II fracture was simulated and fixed either with TIFI or two IS. The sacral base was loaded vertically (250-500 N), displacement magnitudes on medial and lateral fracture surface and the maximum bone stress were calculated. The intact pelvis was used as a reference. Stiffness was determined by linear...
Intra-articular Calcaneal Fractures - Osteosynthesis with Calcaneal Locking Compression Plate - Contribution to Fill Defect in Body of Calcaneus
Zeman, Jaroslav ; Koudela, Karel (advisor) ; Plánka, Ladislav (referee) ; Skála-Rosenbaum, Jiří (referee)
Calcaneal fractures are common injuries that prevent patients from getting on with their normal life for a long time. They are usually caused by axial forces leading to impaction of the talus into the calcaneus. Falls and jumps from heights are the most common causes. These fractures also occur bilaterally. We used open reduction and internal fixation with a calcaneal LCP for the treatment of 98 patients with 114 calcaneal fractures in our department from August 2005 till December 2011. Bilateral fractures of the calcaneus occurred in 16 patients - 2 women and 14 men. On the day of injury plain radiographs of the calcaneus in lateral and axial projection were taken. Computed tomography was performed in all operated patients in sagittal, transversal and coronal planes. On the basis of CT findings the fractures were classified as Sanders types I - IV. Patients with type II and III fractures were indicated for surgical ORIF treatment. The results were evaluated using the Rowe score. The aim of the experimental work was to assess the biomechanical strength of the calcaneus without fracture and to compare it with the strength of the calcaneus after the osteosynthesis with an angular stable plate alone or in combination with filling of the calcaneal defect with injectable self-hardening hydroxyapatite...
