New materials for Li-ion batteries with conversion mechanism

This thesis is interested in new materials for lithium – ion batteries. Two different samples were investigated, one intercalation and one conversion cathode material. The theoretical part is focused to the structure of cells, their advantages and disadvantages compared to other secondary batteries. Also other materials used in batteries are described. The practical part describes the preparation of cathode materials for subsequent testing by scanning elektron microscopy and thermogravimetric analysis. In conclusions two different materials were evaluated and compared with each other.

Ethics and economics aspects in advertising

This thesis deals with ethical and economic aspects of advertising and examines how advertising is perceived by consumers and whether self-regulation through a Code of advertising, which is published by the Advertising Council, protect consumers adequately from negative influences.
The theoretical part provides information that is important to understanding of this issue. It contains information relating to the economy, ethics, marketing and advertising and how they work together. All this information was gathered from relevant literature and internet sources.
The theoretical part contains an evaluation of questionnaire and sample comparison of opinions of consumers with the Council for advertising. The end of the work contains a summary of information that we have learned and suggestions how to resolve the situation, or at least improve.

Ethics and company management

The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of ethical management of the company and its tools in terms of both theoretical and practical aspects. This thesis elaborates on ethics, business ethics, business environment and ethical management tools. All ethical management tools are herein generally described, and the two most common (code of ethics and ethical and social audit) are detailed. The thesis also includes a practical part that analyses responses in a questionnaire survey research focused on the status of business ethics and the use of the ethical management tools in the Czech business environment. The work is completed with commented results of the questionnaire survey and some recommendations to improve the level of ethics in the business environment.

Minor Church Architecture

Bachelor thesis is focused on the theoretical part of the grounds for protection feature, meaning and possibilities of financing of small religious monuments. It is mainly
about getting orientation in the field of legislative responsibilities of owners concerning the protection of cultural immovable monuments, monuments located in rotected areas,as well as sites not declared a cultural monument and is also not located in protected areas.
The practical part consists of compiling the small church buildings in the territory under Bezdězem Bela, assessment of their current situation and proposing alternatives for financing the restoration of buildings in disrepair. Assessment of individual sites
is guided by its own field research, comparing issued binding opinions and the information gathered from owners of monuments. Work is completed on your own compilation record sheets for individual monuments, which will be the basis for creating a guide to the sights in Bela pod Bezdězem. The effort will not only identify the small church buildings, assess their condition, but also to find out whether the owners care about their monuments
in accordance with the law.

Role of cultural monuments in the regional development

The theme of the submitted thesis is The role of cultural monuments in the regional development. It deals specifically with the role of the Chodsko Museum as a cultural and educational institution in Chodsko.At the beginning, there are introduced the basic theoretical points of departure, which relate these concepts: culture, cultural heritage and regional development.
Following there is the description of the role of municipalities in protecting of cultural monuments, cultural tourism and implementation of marketing in cultural monuments and institutions.
The theoretical part is followed by the practical part. At the beginning, there is introduced the mentioned region Chodsko from geographical, cultural and historical perspective. Then it goes on practical part, dealing with the concrete monument, thus the Chodsko Museum, a description of its activities and used marketing activities.
An important source of information to processing the practical part there are unstandardized interviews with some relevant actors, who deal with the cooperation with the Chodsko Museum in the field of culture and education.
The last part is devoted to the evaluation of results and proposing of measures to the more visibility and the attendance incresing in the Chodsko Museum and fulfilling its role as the the cultural and educational institution in Chodsko region.

Institutions for Leisure Time spending of the Youth

This bachelor thesis deals with a chosen institution for spending leisure time of children and youth. In the theoretical part there are explained terms children, youth and leisure time. Next, there are divided and described organizations for children and youth and indicated equipment these organizations. Next chapter is devoted to characteristic of educational staff. In the end of the theoretical part there is described legislation of leisure organizations and funding possibilities. The research part begins describing the region. Next, the research part deals with the analysis of chosen organization for spending leisure time. The aim is to find out whether the institution fulfills its mission. The chosen institution is evaluated in terms of space for organizing interest activities, according to the number of offered interesting and quality interest activities, in terms of technical and material equipment, personnel and finance. Finally there are described possibilities of leisure time in this region. In the end there are formulated research results.

This bachelor thesis is focused on protected trees in a rural development. It is divided into two parts - a theoretical and a research section.
In the theoretical section it focuses on conservation issue of memorable trees from legal, technical and economical point of view. It summarizes legislative scope of this issue like technical maintenance, technical maintenance costs and financial resources of memorable trees. The thesis delimits terms like countryside and rural development.
The research section descibes the memorable trees in the district of Domažlice, which it is a rural district.

Healthy life style of young population

The bachelor study concerns todays young generation wellness and healthy lifestyle and is split up into two parts: the theoretical and the pratical one.
In the theoretical part the study deals with the terms of wellness. It focuses primarily on the factors with an impact on our health such as alimentation, physical activity, sleep and psychological well-being. Moreover, it reveals the way how the menu in school canteens is drawn up.
The practical part shows us one particular institution, a nursery school, which is used for a functional analysis of the institution based on Bronisław Kasper Malinowský ideas. In addition it investigates the situation of healthy lifestyle, in particular whether the kindergarten brings the children to the healthy lifestyle - wellness, what methods they use and if the institution meets the recommendation of the consumer basket for school alimentation.

Minor Church architecture

This work is focused on the small church buildings, which in the countryside and in the villages to create a unique phenomenon of cultural landscapes. In the theoretical part, the reader is introduced to the problems of small religious buildings, their typology, historical context, meaning and their status today. Furthermore, the work done its readers a legal framework for the protection of monuments, economics maintenance and its potential financing. In the practical part will be mapped and documented thirty small church buildings in Veliš parish, located south to southwest of Jicin in the Hradec Králové region. Small buildings will be divided into different categories, according to various criteria. There will be an assessment of what impact these criteria have on the condition of surveyed real estate. It will also be assessed a major objective, whether the owners fulfill legal responsibilities for the maintenance of these buildings. Finally, work will be recommendations to the recovery of one of the small sacred buildings.

Healthy Life Style of Youth

Every person can choose his way of life. To follow rules of healthy lifestyle or not. This desicion is very important and serious, but there are many factors, that have an impact on it. We are being influenced by our parents since infancy. Our upbringing and leisure time activities play a very important part as well. Youth up to 18 years of age spend most of their time in school.
This bachelor thesis is based on a research, that was conducted in a grammar school in Příbram. There are factors monitored, that can influence the lifestyle of young people: eating habits, physical education, hobbies and leisure time activities.
The bachelor thesis is divided into two parts. First part (theoretical) was constructed based on specialized literature, which is stated at the end of this thesis. Second part (practical) draws from field research in said institution, talking with staff and students, from studying documents and published information. Based on this information there are recommendations, that this instiution could follow in order to support healthy development of its students.
