Souhrn Bakalářská práce se zabývá vybranou institucí pro trávení volného času dětí a mládeže. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny pojmy děti, mládež a volný čas. Dále jsou rozdělena a popsána volnočasová zařízení pro děti a mládež a vybavení těchto zařízení. Další kapitola se věnuje charakteristice pedagogických pracovníků. V závěru teoretické části je popsána legislativa upravující fungování zařízení pro trávení volného času a možnosti jejich financování. Výzkumná část začíná popisem regionu. Dále se výzkumná část zabývá analýzou vybraného volnočasového zařízení s cílem zjistit, zda instituce plné své poslání. Vybrané školské zařízení je zhodnoceno z hlediska prostoru pro pořádání zájmových aktivit, podle počtu nabízených zajímavých a kvalitních zájmových aktivit, z hlediska technického a materiálního vybavení, personálu a financí. Nakonec jsou popsány možnosti trávení volného času. V závěru jsou formulovány výsledky výzkumu. This bachelor thesis deals with a chosen institution for spending leisure time of children and youth. In the theoretical part there are explained terms children, youth and leisure time. Next, there are divided and described organizations for children and youth and indicated equipment these organizations. Next chapter is devoted to characteristic of educational staff. In the end of the theoretical part there is described legislation of leisure organizations and funding possibilities. The research part begins describing the region. Next, the research part deals with the analysis of chosen organization for spending leisure time. The aim is to find out whether the institution fulfills its mission. The chosen institution is evaluated in terms of space for organizing interest activities, according to the number of offered interesting and quality interest activities, in terms of technical and material equipment, personnel and finance. Finally there are described possibilities of leisure time in this region. In the end there are formulated research results.
