Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem etického řízení firmy a jeho nástroji z teoretického i praktického hlediska. Píše se zde teoreticky o etice, podnikatelské etice, podnikatelském prostředí a nástrojích etického řízení. Všechny nástroje etického řízení jsou zde obecně popsány, z toho dva nejčastější (etický kodex a etický a sociální audit) jsou podrobně charakterizovány. Součástí práce je také praktická část, která se zabývá analýzou odpovědí z dotazníkové šetření. Šetření se týkalo postavení podnikatelské etiky a využívání nástrojů etického řízení v českém podnikatelském prostředí. Na konci práce jsou uvedeny okomentované výsledky šetření a některá doporučení ke zlepšení úrovně etiky v podnikatelském prostředí. The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of ethical management of the company and its tools in terms of both theoretical and practical aspects. This thesis elaborates on ethics, business ethics, business environment and ethical management tools. All ethical management tools are herein generally described, and the two most common (code of ethics and ethical and social audit) are detailed. The thesis also includes a practical part that analyses responses in a questionnaire survey research focused on the status of business ethics and the use of the ethical management tools in the Czech business environment. The work is completed with commented results of the questionnaire survey and some recommendations to improve the level of ethics in the business environment.
