Door latch manufacturing by compound tool
Petřek, Pavel ; Dvořák, Milan (referee) ; Peterková, Eva (advisor)
The project drawn up within engineering studies, field M-STG, presents a design for processing a single part – the part is made of sheet steel number S195T by shearing and bending. On the basis of literary study was design compound tool which is working in three steps. The tool is fixed in eccentric press LE 250 with nominal force 25000 kN. Blanking punch and blanking die are made from tool steel 1.2379 according the drawing documentation.
Optimizing performance of software connectors code generator
Petřek, Pavel ; Bureš, Tomáš (advisor) ; Bulej, Lubomír (referee)
Software connectors are intermediary entities used to model and realize communication in component systems. In addition to the communication, connectors can also provide extra functionality, such as logging or monitoring. This variability requires generation of the connector's code according to valid functional and non-functional requirements. Some requirements cannot be specified sooner than at deployment-time. However, the deployment environment can be restrictive. The existing connector generator [32] utilizes complex external tools for generation of the connector's classes from templates. In this thesis, we propose an optimization based on a precompilation approach. Templates are precompiled at design-time into a form that can be later compiled easily using a bytecode manipulation technique.

Study of system development in firm Dussmann spol. s r.o. focused on process analysis and ICT use
Petřek, Pavel ; Střížová, Vlasta (advisor) ; Kalina, Jaroslav (referee)
In theoretical part, this thesis deals with evolution of term information which must be interpreted right way to continue to larger, more complex systems like information systems. This technical part is supported by proces analysis, which is needed to identify main processes of the organisation. This core proceses can be now supported by ICT in order to improve their efectiveness and performance. Increased quality of these processes is measured by applying maturity model, that can quantify diferencies between new processes and original ones.
Analysis of information needs in Security division of P. Dussmann s.r.o. and suggestion of infomation system responding to them.
Petřek, Pavel ; Střížová, Vlasta (advisor) ; Dvořák, Petr (referee)
Main goal of this bachelor work is analysis of information need in company and suggestion of improvements mainly archieved by application of modern technologies and digitalisation of day-to-day informtion. It's divided into two main parts. Theoretical part is concerned about definition of term information and information need. Information need is then discussed more detailed way and divided into sections of typical manufacturing company because it has maybe most complex information need. Information need is then supported by technology and it's beginning of the most complex theoretical therm of this work -- information system. When information systems are presented practical part of this work is able to start. First half of practical part is devoted to analysis of information need in analyzed company mainly targeting users and their information needs and technology supporting them. Second half is devoted to suggestions of improvements in technologies and maybe most important section of transferring paper-based data to digital. This is finally supported by conceptual data model replacing all paper forms. At the end there is financial calculation of one possible solution.
