In thesis is carried out calculation of main parts of screw conveyor, proposal of engine, proposal of enshrinement of screw, solidity review of screw shaft and solidity review of trough. Drawing documentation contains general device draw, subassemblies of all bearing lengths and welding subassembly of trough.

This bachelor thesis deals with the complete production technology of mortar replica. The first part describes the historical development of mortar and pestle in Bohemia and in the world. In the second part there is the description of the technological process of production of models and the methods of molding process. Finally, the production of the mold, subsequent casting and purifying process of the mortar are documented.

Design of steel structure of the roof of swimming pool in Blansko

Scope of this beachelor’s thesis is a design of load-bearing steel construction for the roof of local swimming pool in the town of Blansko. This construction is designed in the way of replacement of current steel construction which is part of the whole building. The basic load bearing system of the building is a concrete prefabricated frame. Ground dimensions of this building are 37.4 m x 55.4 m with a height from the ground plane to the top of the newly designed rooftop 13.14 m. Ground dimensions of the separate construction of roof are 20.8 m x 30.4 m with construction height 8.675 m in southern facade and 5.075 m in other facades. Load-bering construction is architectural and that’s why is formed mainly from hollow sections like RHS,SHS a CHS. Because of a high humidity all the joints are welded. The whole system is withou purlins.

The Thesis is focused on non-traditional application of logistics on humanitarian aid, because it is inseperable part of the foreign policy of each country. The theoretical part is devoted to basic definitions of both sectors. The practical part of thesis presents schemes of supply chains of czech humanitarian aid. The aim is to characterize the process of supply chain in the sphere of humanitarian aid in the Czech republic and out of its territory with two case studies (the flood in Novojičínsko and disaster in Japan). Then the author can compare processes of giving humanitarian aid in the Czech republic and out of it, also the author can suggest recommendation fot better future and underline weaknesses, which this logistics system has.

Streamlining the material flow in Unipetrol

This Master's Thesis deals with logistic processes within Unipetrol group of chemical companies with main focus on material flow of polyolefin plastics. Thesis's key objectives are thorough exploring of material flow, identifying possible ineffective areas and suggesting solutions. All parts of the material chain (production line, packaging,warehousing and expedition) are carefully analyzed. Theoretical part defines general logistics, importance of supply chain management in connection with globalization, chemical industry specifics and methods used in analyses (inventory management models). Practical part describes Unipetrol and its departments and more importantly results of executed analyses. Ten selected products with the greatest impact on department efficiency are examined carefully. Thesis conclusion includes final recommendations and chain's weakest places that should be eliminated.

Práce se zabývá zpoplatněním dopravy ve městech s důrazem na elektronické systémy vybírání mýta. Uvádí možné způsoby zpoplatnění uživatelů dopravní infrastruktury. Dále popisuje hlavní způsoby elektronického vybírání poplatků. Stěžejní část práce je věnována konkrétnímu řešení systémů v Oslo a ve Stockholmu. Závěrečná část obsahuje zhodnocení těchto systémů a popisuje vyhlídky a úskalí dalšího rozvoje elektronického vybírání poplatků ve velkých městech.

Analyses and rationalization of reverse logistics within DHL Exel Supply Chain, Automotive UK

This diploma thesis has been created based on the demand of the management of DHL Exel Supply Chain and Swindon Pressings Limited to increase the efficiency and utilization of resources employed within they operations. The theoretical introduction part is first of dealing with the terms "logistics" and "supply chain management" in the perspective of their use in the contemporary logistics theory, comparison of their meaning (are there differences) and explanation of their use in this thesis. Subsequently I am explaining "reverse logistic" and its position in the structures of corporations and logistics itself. Supply chain management and the concept of lean manufacturing combined with the six sigma approach are, from my point of view, essential for today's supplier-customer relationships. That is why those topics are examined in the last part of the theoretical chapter. Returnable packaging and the transport process are key elements of the second part -- practical part, the reengineering of logistics processes which occurred at Swindon Pressings Limited. The aim of this thesis is to analyze the give problem, develop problem solving options and critically comment them. Finally choose one of the options, implement it and document the process of "going live".

Logistická podpora v elektronickém obchodování

Cílem této diplomové práce je přiblížit pohled na elektronické obchodování a s ním související logistiku. Toto téma mě zaujalo a myslím si, že je to problematika velice aktuální a zajímavá. Elektronické obchodování představuje oblast, která neustále nabývá na významu a je v ní skryt velký potenciál. V souvislosti s elektronickým obchodováním je významný internet, jehož počet uživatelů roste velmi rychlým tempem. Důležitou stránkou obchodování je také logistická stránka. Zákazníci nakupující online požadují velmi krátké dodací lhůty. Virtuální obchody proto spolupracují s logistickými firmami, které zajišťují doručování zákazníkům. Mým cílem je podrobněji charakterizovat situaci elektronického obchodování v ČR, jaká je současná situace a jak se tato oblast bude dále vyvíjet. Také se chci zaměřit na situaci firem poskytujících logistické služby, co nabízejí a jaký vývoj lze v této oblasti očekávat. V práci uvádím své vlastní názory a pohledy na tuto problematiku.

Práce nejprve vymezuje koncept štíhlé výroby jako jeden z přístupů pro optimalizaci integrovaných logistických řetězců. Dále rozebírá a představuje základní nástroj konceptu štíhlé výroby, a to nástroj mapování hodnotových toků. Tento nástroj je v praktické části aplikován na konkrétní příklad z praxe. Jedná se o optimalizaci procesu příjmu materiálu do výrobního závodu. Součástí práce jsou také konkrétní návrhy zlepšení tohoto procesu.
