Employee Motivation and Attitudes in a Sport Organization

Bachelor‘s thesis deals with an issue of employee motivation and attitudes to work in a sport organization. It specifies basic terms and theories connected with the motivation process. For the purpose of the thesis three sport organizations are chosen where a questionnaire survey is conducted. Based on the data obtained the analysis of performance motives and attitudes to work is performed, followed by the design of appropriate motivational strategies for leaders of the organizations.

This Bachelor´s Thesis analyzes established fitness centre. The aim of this is create a draft business plan. The bachelor´s thesis is articulated into three wired parts – theoretical, analytical and the concept. The basic notions and terms are defined in the theoretical part. Strategic analysis – examines microeconomic and macroeconomic relations, i.e. the overall situation and market preconditions is define in the analytical part. The concept includes the business plan itself, i.e. the description of the company, vision, business, marketing and organisational plans and the financial aspects of the business plan.

Managing International Event Grand Prix Moravie in Public Relations

This bachelor thesis is dealt with increasing the efficiency of public relations while holding the international life saving tournament Grand Prix Moravie in Brno. The first part of the thesis is dedicated to the theory which is necessary for understanding the above mentioned issue. The following part is devoted to the analysis of the current status of the PR in the tournament. Several suggestions were advised to improve and increase the efficiency of communication with the public based on these analyses.

Bachelor thesis deals with the cycling conditions in the city of Brno.The first theoretical part is dedicated to the advantages of theurban traffic on a bicycle, the possibilities of further development and funding. The second part of the work analyzes the current conditions of cycling transport in Brno and the society use of routes. The last part of the thesis contains a custom proposal for the implementation of cycling routes in the selected location,which could help expand the cycling route network in Brno.

A Study of Conditions of Tennis Activities in Hradec Králové

Bachelor Thesis deals with a study of conditions of tennis activities for children and youth in Hradec Králové. Key expressions on health, management and methods applied in thesis are described in the theoretical part of the paper. Sport hobby groups and current situation of a competitive environment are solved and consequently mapped in the analysis. A concept for a tennis hobby group and its calculation was created on the basis of findings gained from the survey which was run with respondents from primary school in Hradec Králové.

This thesis is devoted to the analysis of the football club SK Šlapanice particular focus on the management, marketing, competition, organizational and economic situation including sports problems in the club. The theoretical part describes the basic concepts and analyzes that will be used in the practical part. Based on the information gathered and analyzes the practical part will be proposed solution to a better run club.

The subject of this bachelor´s thesis is to develop a business plan for the establishment and operation of the fitness center. The first part focuses on the theory of this issue. In the practical part, these findings are applied to a real business plan and the main goal is to develop a proposal for the establishment and management.
