Milan Šebek The second reader: Title of bachelor's thesis: The Use of Orthesis at Patients Suffering from Spastic Dystonia Abstract of bachelor's thesis: The theme of this bachelor's thesis is the use of orthesis at patients suffering from spastic dystonia. The thesis consists of the theoretical and practical part. The most common causes of spastic dystonia are mentioned in the theoretical part. The key chapters of the thesis are Spastic Dystonia and Treatment. In the last chapter of the theoretical part, which deals with orthotics, its particular types and their functional use are described. The practical part of the thesis is compiled with regard to doing research based on foreign studies. Orthesis are specified on the basis of the static and dynamic use. Relevant studies were analysed and based on their results it may be said that static orthesis are not significant for their use. The application of dynamic orthesis is debatable, because in some studies their positive effect on spacticity was proved, while in others it was disproved. 68 Possession as a legal situation (material perspective) The aim of my thesis is to analyse one of the oldest and the most debatable legal institute of civile law. Possession has a very rich history and the jurisprudence devotes a constant attention to it. The reason for my research is to interpret the concept of tenure under the Czech law in force, to consider the positive qualities and the negations of the institute and to aim at prepared legal regulation of possession within the bounds of future Civil Code. The thesis is composed of five chapters, each of them dealing with different aspects of tenure. Chapter One is introductory and is subdivided into three parts. Part One explains that the general institution of tenure does not exist and argues for the significance of tenure . Part Two documents the development of the enactment of tenure and tries to put near the controversies about its legal character. Part of the jurisprudence argues for a subjective right of tenure, while the other part seems it like a matter of fact only. Part Three describes the legal status of possession under the Czech law in force. Chapter Two is concerned with the general questions of tenure. The chapter consists of four parts. Improvement of the Family Life in the Czech Republic (Analysis of the situation Písecku)

Thesis deals with Improvement of the Family Life in the Czech Republic, mainly analyzes the situation in Pisek area. It is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part describes the various chapters by literature relevant terms, such as family (functional, at risk), parenthood, family rehabilitation. Subsequently, explains the factors affecting the rehabilitation and aspects, working methods, cooperation with the family, an individual rehabilitation plan, cooperation with experts in the multidisciplinary team. Further described the current legislation and the transformation of care for vulnerable children in the CR. The practical part is devoted to mapping and description of organizations providing rehabilitation to families in Pisek area. The practical part was conducted qualitative research, which dealt with the form of work with clients, cooperation with other agencies and assess is needed for remediation. Respondents were employees of the research organization providing remediation. The practical part of the bachelor combines theoretical work.
