Vliv dostupnosti živin na mykorhizní symbiózu lučních rostlin
PECKOVÁ, Tereza
Arbuscular mycorrhizal symbiosis occurs in most of the vascular plants. One of the factors influencing expression of a symbiosis is the availability of nutrients in soil. This thesis explores how different levels of phosphorus and nitrogen affect the colonisation and community of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (AMF) and fine root endophytes (FE) in monocotyledonous and dicotyledonous plants. Increased phosphorus availability resulted in lower AMF and FE colonisation, especially in monocotyledonous plants. Nitrogen addition to soil resulted in greater FE colonisation and dominance of a single taxon in the AMF community. The lowest levels of colonisation and the greatest taxonomic diversity were found in plants fertilised with both nutrients.

Pecková, Tereza ; Suchánek, Drahomír (advisor) ; Zelenka, Jan (referee)
The diploma thesis "Christianization of the British Isles: comparison of selected aspects of the Hiberno-Scottish and the Gregorian mission" deals with the period when the Christianization of the British Isles took place and focuses specifically on the history of the Hiberno-Scottish and Gregorian missions, their organization, key figures and customs. Irish Christianity developed in an environment different from the European mainland, and over time it thus gained its own specifics and many differences in both church organization and the overall administration of the church, as well as in liturgy or in church art. The main aim of this thesis is primarily to compare aspects of monasticism, church organization and liturgy of both missions and church organizations built by them, with which the author would like to determine the role of the Hiberno-Scottish mission in Christianization of the British Isles and define the uniqueness of Irish Christianity. The author also focuses on the mutual relations between the two missions and their clash, which culminated in 664 at the Whitby Synod. The complementary aim of the thesis is to analyse the mutual relations of the Hiberno-Scottish and Gregorian missions with secular power.

This bachelor´s thesis analyzes the basic funds of health insurance companies for the period 2000 - 2015 in the Czech Republic, especially the creation of resources and their use and the entire system of public health insurance in the Czech Republic. Basic funds are one of the components of the overall economy of health insurance companies. First it is necessary to describe the market of the insured. The insured create and use the finances within public health insurance. Also important are contributions from the state budget for those insured by the state. We can conclude that the cost of health insurance companies are rising and that population is aging in the Czech Republic. However, this is not a balanced linear growth. The number of pensioners grew at a slower rate of growth, but according to population development forecast, there should be faster growth in the number of pensioners in the following years. Significant growth in cost is particularly noticeable in the age category of 80 and above, and increasingly more people should live up to this blessed age, also thanks to modern public health.
