The Sisters of Mercy of St. Borromeo on example selected institutions of social care 1948-1989

The thesis The Sisters of Mercy of St. Borromeo on example selected institutions of social care 1948-1989 is focused at three institutions of social care for mentally handicapped persons, in which The Sisters of Mercy of St. Borromeo worked during the communist régime. The aim of the work is not only to compile the history and development of the three researched institutes of social care from the available primary sources but also to analyze and compare the information found in the conclusion. In the final analysis, we follow mainly the beginnings of individual institutes, then the lives of sisters and inmates in all examined institutes, and in the end we focus on the termination of the work of nuns in individual institutes. The first of the examined places is the institute of social care in Hrabice, where nuns worked from 1949 to 1989. The second of the researched institutes was located in the years 1953 to 1983 in the village of Komorní Lhotka. The third research institute was located in the town of Česká Kamenice, where nurses worked there from 1953 to 1980. The Regulation of Internet Gambling

The Regulation of Internet Gambling This master thesis deals with the regulation of gambling operated via Internet public network. The chosen topic reflects adoption of a new framework of gambling regulation represented in particular by Act No. 186/2016 Coll., on Gambling, as amended (hereinafter referred to as "the Gambling Act") and Act No. 187/2016 Coll., on Gambling Tax, as amended (hereinafter referred to as "the Gambling Tax Act"), which introduced to the Czech legal system a systematic regulation of operation of gambling via Internet public network. The author aims to analyze and evaluate the new framework of gambling regulation (including newly introduced system of gambling taxation). Considering that both the Gambling Act and the Gambling Tax Act have entered into force only on 1 January 2017 the author further aims to point out certain unclarities regarding interpretation of several legal provisions contained therein. Finally, the author further aims to propose possible amendments to the analyzed legal regulation. The master thesis is divided into four parts. Using version management systems in software development

This thesis talks about version control sytems usage in terms of software development. There is introduced historical background of these systems together with reasons for their creation. Next are listed today's most used version control systems which are compared between each other. Further, there are showcased basic commands for work with version control systems. For demonstration of these commands is chosen version control system called Git. In practical part of this thesis there is talked about aplication of Git in Brackets IDE plugin Brackets Git. Finally, there are compared options for work with Git on server and options of auto-deployment.
Testing during development of the banking system

The thesis deals with software testing in company, whose activities are financial services . Emphasis is placed on the current development model , which was recently changed from waterfall type to the agile type . This transition is described using the comparison . The work is focused on the ideal composition of the scrum team. Such a team could more easily develop new functionality. Finally, described the tools that are necessary for development and testing . The aim is to analyze and propose improvements in process development testing of new functionality to the financial system. As a result of this activity is a proposal to improve the process , not only testing, but also a process that is itself before starting the tests. Output work is the connection of these analyzes and design process testing, which would save the company costs .
UI Specification aplication for shift records.

The purpose of this bachelor thesis is to create a UI Specification of a design for a shift planning application which also keeps records of shifts. The user interface of this application is particularly designed for managers and for their employees. The first part of this thesis outlines the theory regarding a development of the user interface and the UI Specification. Moreover, this part depicts students experiences of shift planning in various job positions. The second part of this work describes the process of developing the UI specification, especially, the motivation, goals and personals. Furthermore, various application designs are analysed regarding the use cases and scripts of each solution. Finally, the testing of the most suitable design is depicted and evaluated. The concluding part of this thesis consists of an evaluation of the whole thesis and the final summary.
The pairs game development for Android tablets

This bachelor thesis deals with The pairs game development for Android tablets. In theoretical part it describes the operating system Android in its basics including its architecture and realeased versions, continuing with its application interface, which is necessary for the development of applications for this system, and concludes with the description of tools that are vital for the application creation process. Among the mentioned tools it explains the Android SDK Manager, which is needed for the managment of installed versions of application interface on computers, as well as respective development environments including their terms of use. It follows with the introduction of object base programming language Java, which was used to create an application for this thesis. other described tool is Google Play, which is used for application publishing and distribution among users. Practical part ilustrate the process of development of ealier mentioned game and gives step by step explanation of the game programming. It also shows details of some elements that were applied and points out on some used codes. Specificaly the game is Pairs.
Hybrid approach for mobile software development

The aim of this thesis is to analyze development of mobile software, specially the hybrid approach of mobile development. The theoretical part compares native and hybrid approach of development and on the basis of selected criteria compares technologies available for hybrid mobile development. The practical part of the thesis focuses on hybrid mobile application design, its development and the subsequent testing. At the conclusion there is a summarization of findings and experiences gained during the elaboration, design, development and testing of application.
Open-source internet shops analysis

The topic of the thesis is to study the CMS system which are distributed under the GNU GPL. The main objective of the work is to characterise each system and choose the most acceptable option. In the first part of the paper author will provide and explain terms associated with this problem and introduce the most popular open source systems. In the next part will be given a detailed comparison of the systems. At the end of the thesis author will select the best option from the obtained results with the help of which in the third part will be promoted own solution of online shop.

In this bachelor thesis I implement an electronic shop solution according to the required specifics using one of the open-source software options. I would like to provide the best solutions for the own e-shop presentations with enhanced functionality. The realisation consists primarily of a detailed analysis of the open-source solutions and the actual implementation of the select solution.
