Experimental verification of photocatalytic activity of TiO2 in concrete
Steinbergerová, Ivana ; Přikryl, Jan (referee) ; Hela, Rudolf (advisor)
This thesis is focused on gathering all available information on the application forms of photocatalytic TiO2 in concretes, especially in the surface layers of precast and monolithic structures. The paper describes in detail the properties of titanium dioxide alone, his special abilities, leading to a substantial improvement of the environment, through photocatalysis. Further verification methods are described photocatalytic activity of titanium dioxide and titanium dioxide application in real projects. The practical part is tested recipes of secondary coatings from the production of company Precheza a.s. Přerov.

Development of cementitious screeds of higher use properties
Kardošová, Romana ; Přikryl, Jan (referee) ; Hela, Rudolf (advisor)
The aim of this paper is to summarize and evaluate properties of polymers modified modified mortar, their durability and the possibility of surface treatment. Recently, the requirements for additional surface treatment of architectonal concrete are increased and the application of polymer-modified mortar can accelerate and simplify the realization of visible concrete. Polymer-modified mortar with the addition of powder photocatalysts can significantly reduce and thus increase the availability of photoactive concrete structures. The experimental part deals with the addition of photocatalyst to the polymer-modified mortar and the subsequent assessment of the photocatalytic properties, the possibility of modification cement mortars with anorganic pigments and the application of transparent coatings for the enhancement of color saturation and resistance.

Jahn, Jeroným ; Přikryl, Jan (referee) ; Sedlmajer, Martin (advisor)
DIPLOMA THESIS IN THEIR THEORETICAL PART ARE FOCUSE , USE LIGHTWEIGHT AGGREGATES FOR THE PRODUCE OF VERY LIGHTWEIGHT CONCRETE, FOCUSES PRIMARILY ON FOAM GLASS AGGREGATES. THERE ARE ALSO MENTIONED OTHERS LIGHTWEIGHT AGREGATES, WHICH WE ARE USE FOR PRODUCE O VERY LIGHTWEIGHT CONCRETE. THEN THERE ARE RISKS UNITED WITH VERY LIGHTWEIGHT CONCRETE. IN THE PRACTICAL PART IS THE PROPERTY ANALLYSIS OF FOAM GLASS AGGREGATES, DESIGN RECIPE VERY LIGHTWEIGHT CONCRETE AND MONITORED MECHANICAL A THERMAL PROPERTIES OF THESE CONCRETE.

Study of the influence organic fibres on the fire resistance of concrete
Klobása, Jan ; Přikryl, Jan (referee) ; Sedlmajer, Martin (advisor)
The master thesis is focused on current issues of concrete behaviour under high temperatures. In the theoretical part, a search of knowledge about changes in concrete, which take place when exposed to thermal loads, which simulates the effect of fire, is performed, and summarized. It is also important to summarize the changes in the individual components that are used to produce concrete. This work describes the effect of high temperatures on mechanical and physical properties as well. There is an information about the most used fibres and their function in concrete. Emphasis is placed on describing the possibility of using recycled PET or cellulose fibres due to the positive environmental impact. In the experimental part, recipes with different types and amounts of fibres are proposed. The subject of the research was to determine how individual types and amounts of fibres affect the physical mechanical properties of concrete and their suitability for use at high temperatures. Microscopic scanning and study of changes in the structure of concrete was also performed.
