The diploma thesis is engaged in customer satisfaction of selected business company. The first part of this thesis summarizes theoretical relevant knowledge, which are used in another parts. The practical part deals with the company, its customers and includes analysis of their level of satisfaction and recommendations for customer satisfaction improvement.

The bachelor’s thesis is engaged in issue of the remuneration in the selected company. The first part of this thesis includes theoretical knowledge in field of strategy and philosophy of remuneration and wage theory. The selected company, its employees and remuneration system are characterized in the second part of this thesis. In the last part is evaluated remuneration system, its weak and strong pointes, and I’m suggesting changes, which will heighten employee motivation and which will come to increasing of work output.

The thesis deals with the design of the area of a pilgrimage church and its neighbouring monastery in Štípa near Zlín. The literary research maps the general historical development of the monastic and parish gardens, and also tries to introduce these objects in the new light of today´s utilization, when the original function of these objects has disappeared or has been significantly transformed. On the basis of individual analyses and field surveys of the model area, three basic layers were established: historical, cultural and spiritual. These layers contribute significantly to the character, identity and genius loci of the place, and therefore have been selected as the basic pillars on which the resulting design is built. The aim of the proposal was not only to reflect the needs of current users and visitors of the building, but also to point out the unique historical and spiritual essence of this place.

The work is dedicated to the phenomenology of the landscape. The work is based on the review of the literature and it is trying to explain the method and apply it in practice on a particular landscape. The aim is to submit the model area of Pozořice Church by phenomenological investigation and to uncover individual layers and phenomena. The individual layers are then combined into a single comprehensive framework, so it would describe the genius loci in the area. In the design part there is the emphasis to the genius loci that should be designed in the harmony with previous analyzes and it should reveal it's content, should be developed and shaped by the unique spirit-site.
