The diploma thesis deals with the assessment of the current state of the information system of a selected social enterprise operating in the field of administration outsourcing. Based on the findings of the analyses and primary empirical research, the state of efficiency and especially security of the enterprise information system is evaluated. The result of this work is the development of a plan for the implementation of the new system and the proposal of changes and measures leading to the elimination of identified deficiencies and mitigation of potential risks.

The aim of my Dissertation has been the formulation of proposals for creation the passive income. The completed work focuses on the specific environment of the Brno based company REWIN BRNO, s.r.o., aut the work has been creation for all users. This work provides the formulation of a detailed model how to archieve the stated aim in the most effective way with the minimum risk of damage to the company´s long-term stability. And create mine of financ for running of firm in unfavourable time.

The goal of my diploma thesis is to project The Customer Centre in Olomouc as well as set a template for the future development of such centres.

This work deals with the tools of financial market. It is demonstrated to a reader, what is the financial market composed from, how it actually works and what are the characteristics of securities, why the securities are used, what are the advantages and disadvantages. We are going to focus on field of mutual funds, as a part of collective investment. Thanks to investment questionary is made a research to find out which strategy is prefered by citizens. We are going to suggest the optimal financial portfolio to this strategy by the program GRANT. We are going to use the fuzzy logic characteristic and we are going to show to the investor how can he choose the suitable invesment tools to his portfolio according to his requierements.
