Diplomová práce si klade za úkol navrhnout nejefektivnější způsob budování klientských center společnosti Partners v České republice. Cílem této práce je navrhnout klientské centrum v Olomouci a současně položit vzor tomu, jak se tyto centra mají budovat. This Master´s thesis is concerned with the suggestion of the most effective development of the customer centres for Partners corporation in Czech Republic. The goal of my diploma thesis is to project The Customer Centre in Olomouc as well as set a template for the future development of such centres.
