The company sells it through e-shop and store. The thesis compares theoretical knowledge with practical information and data for increasing the control in storage management in the company.

This thesis Stregthening the Competitiveness of the Company XYZ as a Supplier to Coca Cola Company Worldwide deals with the principles of the cooperation with Coca Cola Company and deals with potential resources that lead to encourage the strengthening of competitiveness. Theoretical part of the work includes knowledge about competitiveness and strengthening of the competitiveness. In the practical part, the theoretical knowledge is applied in practice. The main goal is to prove that the compliance of the cooperation principles with the main customer is one of the main means for enhancing competitiveness.

The main goal of this thesis is to create business plan for the establishment of the petrol station operating as BENZINA franchise. Entrepreneurship, requirements of the business plan, franchising and definition of used analysis are described in the theoretical part. Necessary analyses are performed in the analytical part. Suggested business plan and schedule of its implementation are described in the last part of this thesis.

The aim of the diploma thesis is to create a business plan for a business in the field of sports entertainment. The thesis is consisted of two parts – theoretical and practical. The theoretical part explains a basic concepts relating to making a business, an establishing a limited liability company and describe a business plan. Practical part applies the knowledge from the theoretical part. It contains detailed elaboration of elements of the business plan for a specific company. In conclusion of the diploma thesis is performed the financial analysis and economic evaluation whether the business plan is effective and feasible.

This master´s thesis deals with an analysis of customer satisfaction with AGROFERT Prostějov tennis club. The work is based on theoretical findings oriented on marketing research, customer satisfaction, methods of measuring customer satisfaction which is general. The club is described and analyzed in the practical part and then the data were obtained and then evaluated from the questionnaire. In conclusion, concrete measures are suggested for improving customer satisfaction of the club.
