Mixed-use Building in Beroun - Execution of Superstructure

The bachelor thesis deals with the processing of three technological stages of the headquarters of the polyfunctional building in Beroun. The building is designed for housing and civic amenities. There is a café and two business units. It is a partly basement building with one underground and three above-ground floors. The main supporting construction of the building is a monolithic skeleton reinforced with wall and core reinforcement.The perimeter casing is made of brick blocks Porotherm. The subject of the processed technological stages is the solution of monolithic reinforced concrete vertical supporting structures in 1st floor, monolithic reinforced concrete ceiling over 1st floor and perimeter filler masonry in 1st floor. In the framework of other assignments are processed formwork drawings for solved monolithic reinforced concrete structures.

Construction Project - Implementation of Administrative Building for Ray Service, a.s. in Staré Město

The content of this thesis is a construction technology project of a new office and production building for company Ray Service a.s. in Staré Město near Uherské Hradiště. The thesis contains technical reports, construction technology study, design of transport ways, technological regulations of demolition and earthworks and regulations for construction of foundation structures. Furthermore is made design of the main machine assembly, inspection and test plan and the design of the construction site, including a technical report. Finally is made a project for the construction of area roads including time plan, LEED certification, noise study and comparison of the main lifting mechanisms.

The subject of the bachelor's thesis is the construction technological project of the substructure of hostel. It is a new building with one underground and one aboveground floor, which is located in Brno - Kníničky. The bachelor thesis deals with realization of earthworks and foundation constructions of the building. The part of the project is the Concomitant and Summary technical report focusing for selected stages and follow-up to technological regulations, proposal of machine assemblies, site equipment solutions, time schedule, item budget, inspection and testing plan and health and safety at work.

The subject of the thesis is the implementation of superstructure of the multipurpose sports center in Polná. The content of the thesis is the technical report, the solution of the transport routes, the technological specification for the installation of wooden trusses and the flat roof covering, the solution of the site facilities, the design of the machine assembly, the control and test plan for the activities contained in the technological specifications, the item budget, the time schedule, the balance of resources and the safety at work.

Construction Project for Implementation of Industrial Hall in Hodějice

The final thesis is focused on construction of the complex Milmar s.r.o. company, specifically, it focuses on the construction technology project of the SO02 Production Hall building. Diploma thesis detail solved through technological regulations prefabricated reinforced concrete skeleton construction of the hall and then implement concrete floors with infill. For the construction of the hall, an itemized budget was prepared with a statement of area, time schedule, health and safety plan, design of construction supply and assessment of transport routes, the main construction mechanisms were selected and variants of the main construction mechanisms, control and test plans were assessed. An accompanying and technical report, a construction technology study, and the sustainability certification of the LEED 2009 system were prepared for the entire construction. The text and drawing part was prepared according to the assignment of the diploma thesis.

Technological stage finishing work of the reconstruction of the gym

In my bachelor thesis I was dealt with finishing top of building and also options formations sports floor in the gym, which I picked from two types namely from double wood floor as conservative representant and more modern representant as polyuretan floor, part of my work is comparsion that two types of floor by some aspects and subsequent choise better variant. Building which relates my work is in Šlapanice and is part of complex primary school namely pavilon "B" which is serves as gym and pool.

This diploma thesis focuses on the construction technology project of sports hall Svojsíkova in Český Těšín. The aim of this diploma thesis is to process main documents related to construction of the solved sports hall. This means, in particular, to design the construction site facilities and main construction machinery, to process time schedule, budget and technological prescription of floor structures together with control and test plan and construction details.

The aim of the thesis is the solution of selected parts of the building-technological project for a building in Nymburk. The content of the diploma thesis is a technical report for a building technology project, a study of the realization of the main technological stages of the building, a technical report of the building site equipment, a design of a machine assembly, a technological regulation for the execution of masonry from concrete blocks and folded ceiling constructions, a control and test plan for the implementation of masonry from concrete blocks and execution of folded concrete ceilings, OSH plan on site. In the appendix of the thesis I elaborated drawings of construction site equipment, item budget of building, object budget according to THU, construction schedule, material resources plan and dimension of building machines.

The subject of this diploma thesis is the elaboration of a construction technological project for the construction of an administrative building with garages in Prague. The building is located in an enclosed area in the Prague-Veleslavín district. The main subject of this thesis is the elaboration of a technical report, a coordination situation of the construction with broader relations of transport routes, a time and financial plan of construction - object, a study of implementation of main technological stages of building, a project of the site equipment, a design of main construction machines and mechanisms, a time plan of main building, a plan of material resources, a technological regulation for the implementation of monolithic ceiling structures, a quality control and testing plan for monolithic ceiling structures. The diploma thesis also includes the calculation of construction according to THU, a occupational health and safety plan, concreting economics, a noise study, a selected points LEED certification and a budget with site equipment costs.
