Use of R-material in asphalt mixtures with PMB type binder

The diploma thesis is focused on the use of R-material in asphalt mixtures with a PMB type binder. The work is divided into a theoretical part and a practical part. The theoretical part describes the acquisition of R-material by road milling, the use of R-material, the binder used in the practical part of the work and the types of recycling. The practical part deals with the design of four types of asphalt mixtures with different content of R-material in the asphalt mixture. It also deals with the description of functional tests of asphalt mixtures and the results of these tests.

This diploma thesis deals with the proposal of a business plan for establishing a children's group. The thesis consists of three parts. The theoretical part defines the legislative framework related to the establishment of a business, the second part is an analysis of the current state. In the third, practical part, the business plan is designed for establishing a children's group. The information and data obtained from this work will serve as a basis for the subsequent implementation of the project.

The subject of this work is the proposal of reconstruction of the existing road III / 00222 according to the amended ČSN 73 6101. This reconstruction is limited in space. The study includes the design of new design elements and the design of a new bridge structure under which the railway tracks are located. The content of the thesis is a complete reconstruction of the road and the design of the bridge structure.

Selected aspects of protection of personality focused on new media

The chosen aspects of protection of personality in the focus of the new media The main aim of this thesis is to demonstrate on a scale of a few chosen aspects in which way are the personal rights protected in the environment of the new media and to what extend is this protection really working. In this thesis I describe the traditional institutes of the protection of personality, as well as the new ones, which are applied in the very specific environment of the new media. I show and describe the advantages and the weak points of these institutes on the deliberately chosen aspects Firsty, I dedicate the opening chapters to the protection of personality in general and describe the traditional institutes of the protection of personality. Then I focus on the specificity of the new media as the phenomen a I describe the new media from the legal and sociological point of view. After that I think over the legitimity and need of the cyberspace regulation and the formation of a new legal area. In Chapter Two I describe the most common problems that confronts the protection of personality in the new media environment. The bachelor thesis deals with the evaluation of the perception of women about equality of opportunity in the labour market. The theoretical part aims to describe the problems of gender equality in the labour market using scientific publications, statistics and other sources. It defines concepts related to gender issues, discrimination, the development of the status of women and equal opportunities in the labour market. The practical part used quantitative research to determine attitudes, opinions and experiences of women with the current state of equality of opportunities in the labour market, then the women's perspective on the issue was evaluated.
