Bakalářská práce se zabývá hodnocením vnímání žen rovnosti jejich příležitostí na trhu práce. Cílem teoretické části je prostřednictvím odborných prací, statistických údajů a jiných zdrojů popsat problematiku rovnoprávnosti žen a mužů na trhu práce. Jsou zde definovány především pojmy spojené s genderovou problematikou, diskriminací, popsán vývoj postavení žen a rovnost jejich příležitostí na trhu práce. V praktické části byl proveden kvantitativní výzkum s cílem zjistit postoje, názory a zkušenosti žen na aktuální stav rovných příležitostí na trhu práce a poté bylo provedeno vyhodnocení pohledu žen na danou problematiku. The bachelor thesis deals with the evaluation of the perception of women about equality of opportunity in the labour market. The theoretical part aims to describe the problems of gender equality in the labour market using scientific publications, statistics and other sources. It defines concepts related to gender issues, discrimination, the development of the status of women and equal opportunities in the labour market. The practical part used quantitative research to determine attitudes, opinions and experiences of women with the current state of equality of opportunities in the labour market, then the women's perspective on the issue was evaluated.
