The language law and the labour market. The analysis of the economic motivated behavior of the labour market participants under the particular consideration of the judgments of the European Court of Justice
Navrátilová, Michaela ; Dovalil, Vít (advisor) ; Nekvapil, Jiří (referee)
The scope of this thesis is to examine, on the basis of the tools supplied by the language management theory, the selected judgments of the European Court of Justice and consequently to clarify the practical relevance of this theory within the components of the legal discourse (this means the judgments). The main issue presented is, that based on this theory, complicated language problems, which arise in the EU and are based on the discrimination due to language reasons, can be described as well. It will be emphasized, that the micro and the macro level of a language problem really exist and that they influence each other. The analyzed judgments solved the problems of the limitation of the free movement of persons in the EU, whereby this limitation was caused through the language requirements made by the member states and the EU. Previous to the analysis, the theoretical background of this thesis shall be presented: The problem of the language diversity in the EU, the Language Planning and the Theory of Language Management, the functioning of the European Court of Justice incl. the procedure of the preliminary ruling will be introduced. Finally, in the empirical part of the thesis, eight judgments of the European Court of Justice will be introduced and analyzed. After introducing the tools of the Language...
Pharmacological characterization of the MAS-Related G Protein-Coupled Receptor D

Charles University in Prague Faculty of Pharmacy in Hradec Králové Department of Pharmacology and Toxicology Candidate: Michaela Navrátilová Supervisors: Dr. Kristina Hoffmann PharmDr. Jan Zitko, Ph.D. Title of diploma thesis: PHARMACOLOGICAL CHARACTERIZATION OF THE MAS-RELATED G PROTEIN-COUPLED RECEPTOR D The human MRGPRD (Mas-related G protein-coupled receptor D) belongs to the big family of GPCRs (G Protein-coupled receptors). Signaling pathways mediated by GPCRs regulate a high number of vital body functions and approximately 30 % of all modern clinical drugs target GPCRs (Overington et al., 2006). The MRGPR subfamily was discovered 10 years ago and still remains mainly unexplored and considered "orphan" (Solinski et al., 2014). Several ligands such as β-alanine, GABA, β-aminobutyric acid (Shinohara et al., 2004; Ajit et al., 2010; Uno et al., 2012), angiotensin and alamandine (Gembardt et al., 2008; Lautner et al., 2013) are able to bind to the human MRGPRD. The hMRGPRD is specifically expressed in the primary sensory trigeminal ganglia neurons. Activation of the receptor by β-alanine has shown to elicit pruritogenic sensation and to contribute to normal mechanical and thermal pain thresholds. The restricted expression pattern suggests that the hMRGPRD could be a new specific target for the...

Integration of children with special needs into libraries
Navrátilová, Michaela ; Vášová, Lidmila (advisor) ; Součková, Veronika (referee)
(in English) The thesis deals with integration of children with special needs into libraries. It is precisely meant visually disabled, hearing impaired, physically and mentally handicapped children and children with specific learning disability as well. Integration of disabled people from general point of view is paid attention into the first part. The exact types of disability as well as their classification and specialties or chosen communication principles are presented here. Next, this thesis outlines some possibilities how to integrate those children into libraries and which types of services and programs should be designed and offered by libraries but the main target is to introduce the working methods with disabled children. There is a detail presentation of the integration project "Ruku v ruce" (Hand in Hand) in the thesis, which is realized in Jiří Mahen Library in Brno. The current state of librarian work with children with specific needs is outlined based on the realized survey. The questionnaires were sent to the selected libraries in South-Moravian Region. One chapter is quite deeply focused on games for disabled children and it significantly includes as the relaxing as group games which developing every single abilities, like memory, mind, speech, attention [Author's abstract].
Modification of protective lime coating systems for the porous limestone using lime nanomaterials: assessment of mechanical properties and ageing resistance
Navrátilová, Michaela ; Bayer, K. ; Ghaffari, E. ; Macounová, Dana ; Slížková, Zuzana ; Weber, J.
Within the area of care for sculptural and architectonic monuments of limestone in Austria there has been a historic continuity of use of protective lime coatings. In the regions of Upper and Lower Austria, Vienna and Burgenland mainly Leitha limestone (named after the Leitha Mountains) are dealt with. In Czech lands such approach was disrupted from 19th century by application of the “purist” idea of bare surface of stone. Nevertheless, this treatment of stone surface has been coming back into use for many various reasons in the past few decades. Requirements for preservation of pieces of art and handcraft made of limestone using lime coatings are most often applied in the regions of Vyso!ina, South Moravia and South Bohemia, which directly border on the Northern States of Austria. Owing to the resource locations of Leitha limestone in these regions, there is a higher representation of cultural heritage monuments made of this type of stone in the Czech Republic.
Consolidation testing of porous limestone using lime nanomaterials: optimization, assessment of stone mechanical and structural characteristics
Macounová, Dana ; Bayer, K. ; Ghaffari, E. ; Navrátilová, Michaela ; Slížková, Zuzana ; Weber, J.
In consequence of an array of degradation mechanisms there is a change of stone characteristics used in historic objects. One of the negative changes is deterioration of mechanical properties, which may often lead to losses of original substance and gradual disintegration of works of art or handcraft made of stone. To prolong the lifespan of such damaged cultural-heritage objects a process called consolidation is often carried out within the framework of conservation treatment. During the process of conservation treatment the damaged stone is impregnated with a consolidating material, which is to provide the stone with a new binder capable of renewing its cohesion to a certain extent. Currently, a wide range of organic and inorganic consolidating agents of various characteristics is available, from synthetic polymers to silicic acid esters. Long-term experience shows that not only is the consolidating effect of the actual agent important, but also its lifespan and impact on the subsequent aging of the treated stone. Thus, in the past few years more emphasis has been laid on the compatibility or – to express it more precisely – the material similarity of the agents used in the process of conservation and restoration of works of art or handcraft.

Subject of bachelor thesis is to characterize problematic of dangerous substances of furniture, their consequences to affect human health, its environment of interior and describe contemporary ways how to protect against these substances. That all from point of view on foreknowledge and stance non-professional public with using questionnaire. Aim of thesis was to find out possible ways to improve current status or to deal with this problems in connection with common consumer.
