The psychological burden and the possibilities of its management in the profession of a teacher of economic subjects

The diploma thesis is focused on the psychological burden in the profession of a teacher of economic branches. The aim is to examine the issue of psychological stress of teachers, to compare the main stress causes of high school and college teachers and to find out which psycho-hygienic methods are most effective for coping with psychological stress. The theoretical part deals with the characteristics of the psychological burden of teachers, the definition of the main stressors, the stress of the teachers, and the selected techniques of psycho-hygieny. Based on a survey in the empirical part, we compare the causes of psychological stress of high school and college teachers of economic fields, identify the largest sources of stress and compare the effectiveness of psycho-hygienic methods. At the end of this work is an assessment of the current situation and recommendations to the teachers of economic.
Evaluation of accounting book for business academy

The bachelor thesis analyses and evaluates the development of the first part of accounting textbooks for business academies from the years 2013 to 2016, produced by Štohl Publishing House. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with textbook theory and classifies it among other didactic aids used in teaching. It also focuses on organizing the curriculum in the first concentric sphere of the accounting subject matter. The practical part of the bachelor thesis analyses the selected textbooks and evaluates them from the point of view of didactic facilities according to Jan Průchas methodology. Finally, based on the results, my own proposals and recommendations for the improvement of the textbook are prepared.
The use of problem-based teaching in the subject of accounting in business academies

The bachelor thesis deals with the use of problem-based teaching in the subject of accounting which is taught in business academies. The work is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part deals with the importance of accounting and with the particular position of object of accounting for business academies. The attention is paid to the educational objectives, its layout, the cross-curricular links and textbooks as the main teaching guide. Further the work is focused on the concept of teaching through problem solving when are given their characteristics, methods, organizational forms and principles for the creation of didactic material. In practice one at first is performed didactic analysis of the curriculum in the most widely used textbook in business academies. In conclusion, the thesis is a case study which was created by me.
Prevention of burnout at the teachers of economic subjects

The object of bachelor's thesis is handle the issue of burnout of teachers, whose would be able to recognition this negative phenomenon, able to identify the causes and able to defend themselves against this phenomenon. In this thesis I would like to underline that teaching profession is very burdensome and that teacher have to deal with demands from students, parents, management of school, colleagues and general public every day. There was identified the susceptibility to stress surveyed teachers and also their current measure of burnout based on findings about this phenomenon. There were also identified some situations that teachers perceive as the most stressful and options that teachers currently use.
Comparison of the tax bases of income tax from dependent activity selected countries

The aim of this thesis is to describe and compare the principles and rules of the tax base of income tax from dependent activity in Portugal, Norway and Switzerland. A partial goal is to describe and compare bases for the calculation of social insurance in the above mentioned countries and also to examine the level of tax burden between the states. First, in the thesis is a description of the general income tax, structural elements of taxes and the possibility of an integration of income tax and social insurance. There is also description of types of incomes is subject to income tax from employment and social insurance in the mentioned countries. The last part of the thesis includes a comparison of the income tax base from dependent activity and calculation of the tax burden, respectively possible tax savings in the application of basic tax deductions, expenses incurred in connection with obtaining this type of income, or even tax credits. In connection with these calculations it was found that the lowest tax burden is in Portugal, due to possibilities of various tax deductions and tax credits to which international statistics do not count. Conversely, the highest tax burden is faced by Norwegian taxpayers.
Daňový systém Austrálie a jeho komparace s britským daňovým systémem

Tato práce se zaměřuje na popis daňového systému Austrálie, vymezení struktury daňového mixu, kvantifikaci daňové kvóty a výše příspěvku jednotlivých daňových skupin na celkových daňových příjmech. Následuje srovnání s britským daňovým systémem u daně z příjmů, daně z přidané hodnoty a v oblasti selektivních daní. Důležitým závěrem této práce je fakt, že australský daňový systém je relativně jednoduchý a zároveň v této zemi funguje velice dobrá informovanost občanů v daňových otázkách. Co se týče komparace australského daňového systému s britským daňovým systémem, lze říci, že tyto dva systémy jsou podstatně odlišné.
