The diploma thesis deals with the design of the industrial boiler for biomass, Which deals with the issue of the energy future of combustion of fuels using current power generation - microcogeneration, designed for larger houses or smaller com- panies. The shape of the device is the interconnection of individual functional and technological parts of the boiler, a view of a new product that re ects its function. It uses modern and timeless materials, color and control technology to achieve overall comfort and time savings and service.

The aim of this thesis is to design a portable air compressor with air tank, respecting the functional, structural, technological and ergonomics requirements with emphasis on the aesthetic value of the proposal. My goal is primary to create the aesthetic appea- rance of these devices which are often overlooked. I would like to attract with an interesting shape expression and simple operation to new users and raised the level of existing products on the market.

Dashboards in finance management - analysis and implementation

The main goal of this diploma thesis is to create template dashboards focused on finance management. This thesis is divided into two parts. First part, which is more theoretical, describes describes dashboards, types of dashboards and type of indicators. In the next chapter, there are described best practices, which should be followed in order to create nice dashboard which will be accepted by the end users. Following chapter defines areas of financial reporting together with indicators which belong to each area. Informations defined in the theoretical part of this thesis are then applied in the practical part. Dashboard templates have been created in BellaDati BI tool. The main benefits of this thesis are defined areas of financial reporting and template dashboards which can be used by any company as a starter point of its financial reporting.

Methods of requirements gathering

The aim of this work is to provide comprehensive information about the process of gathering information system requirements and the practical use of obtained informations on a real project. The paper defines the notion of requirement. It further describes the various methods of collecting and recording requirements. In a separate chapter are described phases of requirement process. The practical case demonstrates using of acquired methods and knowledge. The outputs of this work are written requirements for information system and a prototype, which was one of the tools for requirements gathering.
