Analytical determination of drugs by spectral methods Thesis Hana Mazancová Charles University in Prague, Faculty of Pharmacy in Hradec Králové, Department of Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Drug Control The thesis is focused on evaluation of drugs in the scope of atomic emission spectrometry method. Based on this particular method there were evaluated solutions of healing preparations containing iron - Sorbifer Durules tbl., Tardyferon tbl. a Maltofer gtt.. The analysis was performed on the device Shimadzu AA 7000 Series with the use of atomization in the flame. During the analysis there were used combined C2H2 with the air. Samples were measured at wavelenght 372,0 nm. For purposes of identification of the selected method, there were optimized variety of different adjustments of medicinal products. Solutions of healing preparations were prepared with the use of purified water, sulphuric acid and hydrochloric acid. The obtained results were used for preparation of the instruction manual for purposes of laboratory task, which will be used during laboratory excercises being integral part of the course Pharmaceutical Analysis. For purposes of the laboratory excercises, from all tested preparations there were selected Tardyferon tablets as well as drops of Maltofer. Key wordings: Atomic emission...

Gender literary analysis of novel Němci by Czech author Jakuba Katalpa focusing on the concepts motherhood and parenthood

In the diploma thesis Gender Literary Analysis of the novel Němci by Jakuba Katalpa focusing on the motherhood and the parenthood is a gender literary analysis of the novel Němci by the Czech writer Jakuba Katalpa. The thesis focuses on the motherhood, fatherhood, respectively parenthood and how are these phenomenon established within the concrete society: as essentialist, that means biologically, versus the constructivist, therefore socially constructed paradigm. In my thesis I use qualitative interpretative analysis with aspects of discourse analysis and feminist literary theory. Using gender as a analytical cathegory as a methodological category, I try to find and uncover new interpretations and meanings of the book Němci and try to find alternative interpretations of plot and characters. Methodological-theoretical part on the basis of literature introduces the basic terms in use (gender, patriarchy, literary canon, feminism, feminist literary theory), with the help of several writers and authors (Terry Eagleton, Pam Morris, Elaine Showalter). The next part of the thesis pays attention to the concepts of motherhood (Zuzana Kiczková, Sara Ruddick, Elisabeth Badinter, Hana Hašková) and fatherhood (R. W. This bachelor thesis named "Bank charges related to the current account", describes banking facilities and charges, which are offered to current account. This thesis aim is the description of primary bank charge types and their comparison among selected Czech banks. The outcome is to choose, which bank offers its services cheaper and then to find the possibility, how to decrease bank charges. The way how to achieve the result, is to analyse bank tariffs and to create fictive bank client.
