The Suggestion of Changes in Employee’s Remuneration in the Selected Company

This thesis “The proposal of change the combination compensation for employees of selected company” analysis issues related with combination compensation in the company Alfa a. s. and suggestion for improvement. Firstly, the theoretical part focuses on the explanation of remuneration expressions. Secondly, in the practical part there is a characterization of personal politics and combination compensation of company Alfa a. s. The proper research deals with questionnaire survey and its evaluation. At the end, there are some improvements suggested, for the current combination compensation improvement.

Conceptual tendencies in czech contemporary design Kamila Matějková Abstract Diploma thesis deals with conceptual tendencies emerging in contemporary Czech design and try to put them in historical and social context. It focuses primarily on product design, glass and ceramics and their development in the last decade. First, the thesis deals with the development of conceptual art, theoretical approaches to the design and the definition and circumstances of occurrence of conceptual design. The main part of the thesis focuses on conceptual tendencies that were observed based on research of contemporary Czech design scene. These tendencies are: the historical trend and tendency to appropriation of older works, the inspiration of nature and processing of environmental issues, the application of humor, exaggeration and story as a concept in design and a tendency to material experiment and experiment with material processing techniques. Iconographic motifs in František Bílek's work

Kamila Matějková: Ikonografické motivy v díle Františka Bílka Abstract The bachelor thesis "Iconographic motifs in the František Bílek's work" is dealing with František Bílek's work, from the iconographical point of view in particular. It divides Bílek's work into thematic groups according to the basic iconographic motifs and attempts to determine from what the author is based. First, the situation of Czech art at the end of 19th and at the beginning of the 20th century and the place of František Bílek's work in that environment is outlined. After that, the attention is focused on Bílek's relationship to art and his individual spiritual conception. Further Bílek's artistic means are explored. The main part of the thesis is focused on the analysis of particular iconographic themes which are present in František Bílek's work. The motif of Christ, the motif of the Virgin Mary, Old Testament motifs, human motive, tree motive and national themes (Hussites, the Unity of the Brethren) are gradually followed. At the end of this work the attention is paid to motifs which are influenced by Otokar Březina's literary work.
Design and innovations: Conditions and qualities of cooperation between companies and designers

The diploma thesis deals with design as part of creative economy and design in the context of corporate innovations. The aim is to analyze the conditions and qualities of cooperations between companies and designers in the Czech Republic, to identify barriers to effective collaboration and to propose steps leading to development of cooperation between businesses and designers. Tool for the analysis is research in the form of a questionnaire survey among Design Competitiveness programme participants, which the agency CzechTrade implemented in 2013 and 2014 to support projects of cooperation between companies and designers. Conditions and qualities of cooperation is explored in the following aspects: establishment of cooperation, objectives and results of the collaboration, progress of the cooperation and obstacles to effective cooperation. The research is complemented by a case study of a specific project of such cooperation, the development of a new product line by the Mikov company.
Development of unemployment in region of Jindřichův Hradec

This bachelor thesis deals with analysis of unemployment in reagon of Jindřichův Hradec. Thesis is devided into two parts, theoretical and analytical. In a first part of the bachelor thesis there are explained basic concepts which are related to unemployment. In a second part there is an analysis of development of unemployment in a specific period and reason why was the unemployement going in that particular direction. Development of the unemployment in this region is compared to an average of unemployment in Czech Republic. Futherway, we compared developments between regions. Based on the analysis there are reccomended precautions for increase of unemployment and we predicted a development for the future.

Fundraising within non-profit organizations in the cultural field: Civic association CZECHDESIGN.CZ

The bachelor thesis is focused on fundraising within non-profit organizations. In other words, the thesis is trying to cover all sources non-profit organizations have to fund their operation and projects. The aim is, based on available resources and the author's own experiences, to map, evaluate and choose the best funding options for Civic association CZECHDESIGN.CZ located in Prague. The theoretical part of the thesis is focused on non-profit organizations and fundraising in general. A special attention is given to organizations within the cultural field. The practical part is focused on CZECHDEISGN. It describes its origin, development, mission, organizational structure and activities. Then it analyses past and current forms of funding and makes a survey of suitable methods of funding and their comparison. Finally, the most effective ways of funding for this particular organisation are suggested.
