The subject of bachelor‘s thesis is a new detached house with sauna in Rudoltice u Lanskrouna. The building is placed on a sloping land and has a partial basement and has two storey. Sauna is located in ground floor. The house is roofed by vegetation roof, roof with concrete pavement and pent roof with a slope of 10,0° plotted with a concrete roof tiles. The house is built on strip made of concrete. Horizontal supporting structures and vertical supporting structures in the overgound part of building are from Porotherm system. Vertical supporting structures in basement are from concrete permanent formwork. Outer walls are insulated. Part of outer walls is plastered with a silicone plaster, part is covered with wood paneling. The garage in basement is for one car.

Palliative Care Centre

The subject of the diploma thesis is the new building of the alliative care center in Žamberk. It is a detached building, which is partly basement and has three above-ground floors. From the operating point of view, it is a medical-social facility. The facility has a range of palliative care services - a dormitory, a day hospice, a mobile hospice facility and outpatient services. Due to the type of facilities and persons using the facilities, emphasis was placed on the location of an object situated on the outskirts of the city in the area of other social and health facilities designed for long-term residence in a quiet, quiet environment with plenty of surrounding greenery. The mass of the building consists of several blocks, the shape and material solution is simple. The construction system is a monolithic reinforced concrete skeleton, coated with ceramic blocks. Several types of flat roofs are covered, 2NP is designed as a receding floor with a barrier-free terrace.

Diploma thesis deals with consumer behaviour on the market of hair care in the Czech Republic. The thesis explores the market of hair care, finds the development in last years and identifies factors which affect consumers during shopping for hair care products. There are used techniques of marketing research like questionnaire and cluster analysis. The output of the thesis is to determine the factors influencing consumer behaviour, characteristics of segments and marketing recommendations for the market of hair care.

Multi-cultural Education

V české odborné literatuře byl až do roku 1990 pojem "multikulturní výchova" poměrně velmi geopoliticky neznámý. Dnes však jeho rovina proniká jak do vědecké sféry, tak do mediální komunikace a postupně i do edukační praxe škol. V západní Evropě, USA, Kanadě, Austrálii a jinde je pojem multikulturní výchova již dosti běžný, což je důsledkem skutečnosti, že problematika této výchovy je tam široce a intenzivně rozvíjena, zkoumána jak teoreticky, tak ve velkém množství empirických výzkumů. Multikulturní výchova se váže k rozsáhlé literatuře a trendům v pedagogice, sociologii, kulturní antropologii, sociolingvistice aj., na tato aktuální témata jsou pořádány speciální konference, je publikována řada sborníků a speciální časopisy. Intenzivní a stále sílící zájem o problematiku multikulturní výchovy jsou zřejmé: Lidstvo si uvědomuje již od nejstarších historických dob své etnické, rasové, jazykové či náboženské rozdíly, teprve před zhruba 30 lety se v různých vědeckých disciplínách objevila potřeba poznání směřující k uvědomělému systematickému vzdělávání o těchto rozdílech. Úloha námořní přepravy v mezinárodní logistice

Diplomová práce se zabývá úlohou a významem námořní přepravy zboží v globálním měřítku. V teoretické části je zmíněna právní úprava námořní přepravy, nejčastěji používané přepravní dokumenty a mezinárodní organizace jako forma spolupráce v této oblasti. Praktická část se zaměřuje na jednotlivé typy lodí, vymezení přepravních tras a porovnávání nejvýznamnějších světových přístavů. Okrajově je vystižena i situace námořní přepravy v České republice.
