Management of ECM within ICT management model MBI

The thesis is focused on ECM and its representation in the reference model of IT management MBI. The main objective is to extend the aforementioned model with objects associated with the ECM - factors describing the structure of solutions, tasks defining the procedure for its implementation and the links between them and existing objects. The thesis analyzes in detail the benefits, but also the risks and problems associated with solution implementation. The methodology provides a set of best practices for the implementation of ECM.

Analysis and design of enterprise IS based on Microsoft SharePoint Server 2010

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to analyze the activities taking place during the analysis and design phase of the enterprise information system based on the MS SharePoint 2010, and their interaction in the context of the corporate environment. The next goal is to show the practical application of theoretical concepts on a real example of deployment in Agotech,s. r. o. The theoretical part deals with the categorization of the product within the business informatics, analysis of its market position, product terms and conditions of use, product's functionality and the analysis of individual components of the analysis and design phase. The practical part is the application of acquired knowledge in a real product implementation.

In my work i am engaged at life and work of american photographer David Lachappelle. In first part i compare Lachappelle creation accordingly along mode and portrait with historical connections in photography. I present him in the kontexts with american popculture and his progress from childhood to present. I describe his character of his work, style how he forms his style. And how he edge in portraiture celebrities.
In second part i occupy one´s mind after "samet" revolution prograssion of czech society and accesion of popculture in to the film, theatre and media. Follows his biography in which i describe Lachappelle progress - effect of his mother and his illness.
His life in studies to meet with Andy Warhol.
And start of his career upon this day. His actual work. I have there collage contains as in-person bearings, tact, all over himself ingress to creation and life. I was finding causes about facts, who these pictures are rised and who is that, who made these pictures.

Internal exchange rate risk management techniques with application to import-oriented company

The work is focused on exchange rate risk, its description and typical situations in which firms have to face to the uncertainty caused by variability of exchange rates. It specifies selected internal (operational) techniques which are used to manage exchange rate risk as well. These methods are connected with financial management of companies and it is possible to apply these techniques to every size of company. The principle and the implementation of internal methods might be tighter to smaller companies. These companies do not know a lot about a wide scale of instruments of financial market, so hedging through external methods may not be suitable. Internal methods contrary to external are also suitable for hedging economic exposure (substantial part of the work is focused on economic exposure). In response to current events, exchange rate risk is also discussed in connection with continuing economic depression and pending fiscal situation of the countries which are part of euro area. In analytic part the work is focused on a Czech import-oriented firm which purchases machines from Taiwanese suppliers for euro and dollars and consequently sells these goods in the Czech market mostly in Czech koruna. In some cases the firm negotiates invoicing in euro. Currency mismatch of receipts and payments gives rise to exchange rate risk. In addition, firm's business contracts are specific to high nominal value and longer maturity. With the growth of these two parameters increases exchange rate risk.

Risk management of the production plastic company

Nowadays more and more new chemicals are used for numerous technologies and ap-plications by diverse chemical, plastic processing and other companies. Are all such companies fit to manage and solve chemical breakdowns, extraordinary events and critical or even emergency situations? Surely a very interesting question. Therefore I have decided for my study to analyse a crisis management system of a plastic processing company located in the City of Liban, region Hradec Kralove. Current status of coordination of the integrated rescue system (hereinafter referred to as the "IZS"). Classification of hazardous chemical substances. Simulating of extraordinary events using the software tool TerEx with respect to diverse chemicals operated by and within the Company. Evaluation of selected chemical substances according to hazards induced. Risk analysis, Analysis of occurrance of extraordinary events like e. g. windstorm, fire or escape of dangerous chemical substance, disconnecting of supply medium (heat, energy, power, water) and their treatment. Methods of actions at threat of bomb attack. Determination whether the IZS coordination including of the documentation elaborated are satisfactory with respect to the plastic processing company as well as with respect to successful mastering of extraordinary and emergency situations. Crisis management of business economics and economic distress.

Analysis of the complaint process and implementation of quality control and improvement tools in chosen organization

The essence of this diploma thesis is the implementation of the analysis and evaluation of the complaint process of chosen organizations in the automotive industry. Using quality control and improvement tools, root causes of ineffectiveness of the process and the high number of customer complaints are identified. Diploma thesis provides a designed method of implementation of quality control and improvement tools in practice. This designed method is aplicable to reduce the overall number of complaints through the identification and elimination of the root causes of complaints related to selected manufacturing process of organization.

Politika podpory obnovitelných zdrojů energie

Renewable energy sources support policy employs a great variety of economic tools in order to promote the use of green energy. Following thesis at first offers an overview and economic insight into the most applied ones. Since the majority of the European Union Member States nowadays prefer so-called feed-in tariffs schemes we proceed in-depth analysis of effectiveness of that instrument in electricity sector in four selected European countries Austria, Czech Republic, Germany and Spain. An effectiveness indicator which compares marginal electricity generation potential with additional realizable potential of particular renewable energy sources technology is used for that analysis. The results clearly show that the best practice of feed-in tariff design is pursued in Germany where the special set of tariff design and adjustment measures is applied.

Ústředním tématem práce je problematika obnovitelných zdrojů energie z hlediska ekonomické srovnatelnosti se zdroji konvenčními. V první části pojednáváme o environmentální politice se zaměřením na regulační rámec energetického sektoru v prostředí České republiky. Dále popisujeme hlavní způsoby získávání energie z obnovitelných zdrojů (přeměna biomasy, solární ohřev vody, větrné elektrárny, fotovoltaická přeměna, geotermální systémy a energie vody). Těžištěm práce je případová studie, ve které testujeme hypotézu ekonomické neekvivalence na realizovaném projektu geotermálního čerpadla.
