Evaluation of properties of asphalt mixture with additive based on mixture of recycled plastics
Machová, Sára ; Hegr, Zdeněk (referee) ; Dašek, Ondřej (advisor)
Bachelor’s thesis deals with the evaluation of properties of asphalt mixture with additive based on a mixture of recycled plastics. The first part of this thesis introduces the modification of asphalt mixtures and asphalt binders. The additives are made of recycled materials. The test methods are described in the second part of this thesis and the last part contains the test results of needle penetration, softening point, DSR, MSCR, wheel tracking, and uniaxial tension test.
Use of an additive suitable for additional modification of the asphalt mixture
Machová, Sára ; Hegr, Zdeněk (referee) ; Dašek, Ondřej (advisor)
This thesis deals with the modification of asphalt binder 50/70 with fast reacting SBS. This is a relatively new additive that should be able to improve the binder properties during mixing of the asphalt mix at the plant. In the theoretical part, the issue of asphalt-mixing plant and polymer modification additives is presented. Furthermore, the test methods used such as needle penetration, softening point, determination of the elastic recovery, DSR and MSCR are described. Several modified binder samples were developed for the tests, in which mixing temperature, mixing time and SBS content were combined. The results of each test were compared and evaluated at the end of the thesis.

Role of a beggining pedagogical assistent of an immigrant children in a class in primary school
Machová, Sára ; Horáčková, Klára (advisor) ; Kargerová, Jana (referee)
Aim of the theoretical part is to describe a relationship teacher-pedagogical assistant - immigrant child in primary school. I describe the definition of their competences, possible difficulties of their cooperation but also ideal humanities of the assistant and identify the relationship between him and the immigrant student. Continuing with describing special needs of this student, his position in a class and appropriate forms and methods of working with him/her. I slightly touch even the base of culture-free methods. In the practical part, the reader will follow my experiment with three immigrant students using method of conceptual learning and how this culture-free method influences students school achievements. The results of this study are positive not only in a way that the students become more proficient in the troubled school subject but they also gained a lot of self-confidence and autonomy. KEYWORDS Culture-free methods, conceptual learning, pedagogical assistant, prejudice, competences, personality, immigrant student, inclusive environment, autonomy, cooperation, special needs.
