TITLE: German-Czech meetings in books written by Martin Becker and Jaroslav Rudiš SUMMARY: The subject of this thesis is the analysis of the collective literary output of the two young authors - German writer Martin Becker and his Czech friend Jaroslav Rudiš. A part of my thesis concerns also with their lives and their works. The object is to find Czech motives in the work and life of Martin Becker and influence of German culture on the books of Jaroslav Rudiš, to concern on typical characteristics and analysis of their collective works. In my thesis I arrive at the conclusion that the Czech stay, interest in Czech language and literature reflect in works of Becker, in the similar way are books of Rudiš influenced by his interest in German authors, art, history, German language and other. Case study of physiotherapy treatment of patient with diagnosis systemic lupus erythematosus

Title: Case study of physiotherapy treatment of patient with diagnosis systemic lupus erythematosus Objective: A summary of theoretical background, study of comprehensive rehabilitation methodology, proposal of therapy and evaluation of its effect in a patient with diagnosis systemic lupus erythematosus. Methods: The Review of literature and the case study were made during practice in Institute of Rheumatology in Prague from 5. to 30. 1. 2015. It is devided into two parts. Theoretical part summarizes definition, etiology, epidemiology, diagnostics, clinical manifestation, therapy and use of physiotherapy in diagnosis systemic lupus erythematosus. The case study is presented in the special part. Therapeutical approach was prescribed according to the medical history and physical examination and its effect was assessed using kinesiology analysis at the end of the study. Results: The pain of the patient substantialy decreased, she has no more breathing problems and lying in horizontal position is also no longer a problem, the quality of sleep enhanced, the body posture and balance were positively enfluenced and range of motion and stabilization ability of spine improved. Case study of show Tlouštíci - reality show as a way to happiness

Diploma thesis Case study of the reality show Tlouštíci - reality show as a way to happiness aims to explore how the definition of the makeover reality television is interpreted and implemented in individual moments of the show's creation (contents, creators, participants), which understands change of lifestyle as a way to increase quality of life. The main sources of information for this diploma theses are the contents of the individial episodes of the show Tlouštíci, interviews with the creators of the show and the participant, and non-participant observation of the castings and the shooting of the second series. The theoretical part of the thesis discusses the issue of obesity from a medical and social point of view and the development of depictions and views on obesity. The work is also based on the topic of relationship between a doctor and an obese patient. In the theoretical part the diploma thesis further analyzes the theory and history of reality television shows, specifically makeover reality television. The practical part then examines the contents, interviews and observations that were made and with the help of a case study of the work examines how the makeover of reality TV can be interprete dat each level as a way to happiness. The prohibition of the reformationis in peius in administrative criminal law

This master's thesis deals with the modern development of the prohibition of reformationis in peius principle in the area of administrative punitive law, in particular in the area of administrative offenses. Although Act No. 250/2016 Coll. has removed the undesirable and criticized "double-track" application of the prohibition of reformatio in peius in the area of administrative punitive law, other difficulties related to the principle in question have not completely disappeared; on the contrary, new legislation has made the situation more difficult in some respect. The main aim of the thesis is to critically analyse this principle in light of the new Act No. 250/2016 Coll. and to assess the impact of the new Act on the administrative practice. The thesis is systematically divided into seven chapters. The first chapter explains general theoretical questions related to the principle in question. The following section describes its constitutional and international basis. The third chapter thoroughly examines the modern development of this principle in the Czech Republic. In recent years puppy mills become a very discussed media topic. Based on public and media campaign, the way of breeding dogs, which is often animal abuse, is this problem solved by legislation. In this thesis are defined as basic terms directly related to the topic of puppy mills and pure-bred dogs. It also contains the history and current state of this the most problem, especially with an emphasis on the territory of the Czech Republic and the member states of the European Union. The bachelor thesis focuses mainly on the legislation that affects this issue. In the results and thesis discussion are design other possible solutions for this in the Czech Republic
