Didactic tools for children with autism and their usage in practise in the primary school.

The aim of the diploma thesis is to approach the readiness of primary teachers for education of pupils with autism spectrum disorders, their experiences with these pupils and with special learning tools, made for these children. The aim is also creating set of those special learning tools, that primary teachers have great experience with, while using them at practice.The theoretical part contains chapters dealing with the definition of autism, occurence of it, causes, education of pupils with autism, didactic tools, structured teaching and TEACCH programme created for pupils with autism spectrum disorders. Additionally, the summary of education counselling centres and other counselling centers is introduced, to which it is possible to appeal in case of need. In the practical part of the thesis there is an academic problem dealt with: What is the awareness of primary teachers and other pedagogical workers of problematics of autism spectrum disorders and awereness of how to work with pupils with autism spectrum disorders? The results of mixed academic research are specified in this part, when for the quantitative part of the research the method of questionnare survey is used. The research group consists of primary teachers and other pedagogical employees. For the qualitative part of the research the method of interview is used. The interview is done with the head of the Special pedagogical centre for children, pupils and students with autism spectrum disorders, then with the assistent of a teacher that deals with pupil with autism spectrum disorder and also with after school care worker who also takes care of a child with autism spectrum disorder. The practical part of the thesis also contains set of special learning tools used in primary teaching.
Media picture of the teacher in the Czech cinematography in the period after the year 2000

The thesis "Media Picture of a Teacher in the Czech Film in the Period Since 2000" is construed as one of a theoretical-empirical nature. Its theoretical part has set out two objectives. First, a process, through which media takes part in construing the reality and building up a discourse on the present teacher, is being described in such part. Another objective rests in a brief depiction of the current state of a teacher profession, and a description of the academic discourse, which is being presented by a pedagogical science with respect to a figure of the teacher. In addition, selected Czech films creating a media picture of the teacher that are subject to a critical discourse analysis in the empirically based part of the thesis are presented in the theoretical part thereof. Individual types of discourse, which these films propose with respect to a teacher, are being commented on at the conclusion of such thesis. The Physiotherapy after Fractures of Bones of the Upper Limbs

This work is focused on the possibilities of physiotherapy in upper limb bone fractures. Fractures are very common especially by older aged patients with osteoporosis. Most fractures are caused by falling on extended upper limb. Fractures treatment can be conservative or operative. Healing time of the bone and the success of physiotherapy depend on the type of wound, method of treatment, personality and cooperation of the patient. Regime precautions are also very important. I was able to verify the efficiency of theoretical knowledge on two patients, by chosen method I reached different level of improvement.
Complex Therapy of Scoliosis

The subject of this work is to describe available medical treatments of scoliosis, it means medical physical training and special methods of physiotherapy. The work includes short anatomy of spine, describe of kinds of scoliosis, exploration and last but not least also therapy of this one.
The influence of socially disadvantaged backgrounds on lexical-semantic speech plane at the pre-school children

The thesis studies the impact of a socially disadvantaged environment on lexical-semantic level of speech of pre-school children living in children's home. Social environment is one of the key factors influencing speech development. Neglect or absence of parents may lead to impaired communication ability of a child. The theoretical part is structured into three main chapters, which define basic concepts of communication, development of children's speech and legislative framework for education of children with impaired communication ability. It describes the socially disadvantaged environment and its impact on a communication ability of a child. Lastly, it describes the environment of children's homes. The centre of the thesis is an analysis of lexical-semantic level of speech of five children from the children's home in Pyšely. A qualitative method is applied, which utilizes analysis of children's activities, their personal and family history, participant observation and a questionnaire. The results are presented in a form of case studies and recommendations for further development of language abilities of pre-school children in the frame of lexical-semantic level of speech.

Educator in the Czech Movie

The thesis is of an analytical - interpretive nature. Its prevaling analytical part focuses on an analysis of 14 films that represent the Czech cinematography produced in the period of 1937- 2010, and feature the character of an educator The films have been divided according to the date of their production into three main groups - the films made before the year 1945, those produced between 1945 and 1989, and the films made from 1989, i.e.after the Velvet Revolution, onwards. The interpretative part deals with the portrayal of a teacher in the Czech film production, and focuses, in particular, on apparent identical features in depicting the character of an educator, as well as on the attributes assigned to the profession of a teacher, interaction between a teacher and his/her pupils, and interaction with between a teacher and his/her broader social environment.
