Aspects of Gene Regulation of CYP3A4 in Hepatic Tissue.

1 Summary CYP3A4 is an important enzyme involved in elimination of majority of metabolized xenobiotics. It plays a major role in the detoxification system of the human body, therefore it is responsible for many drug-drug interactions (DDIs). DDI present a complication of current pharmacotherapy, in the extreme they can lead in failure of therapy or in life-threatening toxic effects. DDIs are caused by changes in enzymatic activity of CYP3A4, which is highly variable among individuals. An important mechanism of modulating CAP3A4 activity is the regulation of inducible transcription by nuclear receptors, especially PXR, CAR and GR. The structure of CYP3A4 promoter and mechanisms of transcriptional regulation has been studding intensively for many years, but the research of relationship of nuclear receptors and transcriptional cofactors in CYP3A4 transactivation is still incomplete. Present work contributes to elucidation of some questions concerning the effects of azole antimycotics on CYP3A4 transcription via PXR, potency of valproic acid to activate PXR and CAR or determinants of CYP3A4 expression via GR in placental cells. Delegation and its implementation in practice

This thesis deals with delegation and its implementation in practice in selected organization. The aim of this thesis is to evaluate level of the process of delegation. If delegation improves management work and based on the conducted research, recommended possible solutions that will improve the current situation of management. The methodology describes how to achieve a given goal, through the study of literature and internal resources of the organization, direct method of observation in the workplace, indirect method using questionnaire techniques and for completion was used unstructured and structured interview. A theoretical portion of this thesis describes the term managament, manager´s functions and delegation, why it´s important and their goals. It also includes a process of delegation, which includes work analysis, planning delegation, selection of an appropriate worker, how to delegate and delegate support. Then it describes advantages and barriers of delegation. A practical portion of the thesis focuses on the company itself, its expertise, and the position on the market. Further the more it includes applied form of delegation in the organization. Then it describes characteristics of managers who participated on research and evaluation of questionnaire techniques and unstructured interviews, then structured interview with a manager of the section. Finally, evaluate the results and recommendations to improve the current situation based on the information of research and also recommendations to each manager.

Visual Interpretation of Karel Čapek's R. U. R. (Theoretical-practical work)

Submitted Thesis consists of two parts theoretical and practical. The theoretical part aims at the chronological mapping and analyzing of all available Czech editions of Karel Čapek's play R.U.R. from 1920 until 1989. It also deals with design-transformations of Čapek's Robot on the examples of selected theatre plays in Czech lands as well as in foreign countries performances. The Thesis pays attention to stage executions on the basis of period photographs, drawings and reviews. It is created a united survey of this Čapek's play in the Czech lands in the given time period from its origins until its theatre realizations and book publications. The practical part of the Thesis will then extend the historical play book covers given in the theoretical part by creating an original author book based on Čapek's play, which will be the visual interpretation of the text. By that will be produced a continuity between the theoretical and the practical part of the Thesis.

Interfaith couples and possibilities of dialog in the family

The object of this paper is to present the issue of interfaith couples and introduce in the possibilities and principles of conducting interreligious dialogue of married couples with each other, with their environment and their children. The first topic is the individual. The topic of the individual is developed in three successive areas: human being as person, the dialogical nature of person and individual care of one?s own spirituality. The second part focuses on interreligious dialogue as such. The final part is devoted to the topic of dialogue in marriage generally and dialogue of interfaith couples.

Process analysis of the financial department and its optimalization

My work is focused on the analysis and optimization of processes in the financial depart-ment SJL, join-stock company. In the first part of my work there are mentioned processes of this company in a theory, there is briefly mentioned methodology ARIS modeling tool for business process analysis ARIS Express. Subsequently the company and its financial department is described. The following chapter is about analysis of processes chosen. Finally each of the process is evaluated and there are some changes suggested. To analyse and evaluate chosen processes is a target of my work. The question is if the current system is prepared for a bigger amount of contracts expected and more work presumed for example accepting and issuing of invoices. Presented proposals of changes for the financial director which will increase the efficiency of the financial department there is the contribution of my work

Analysis of utilization of the EU Structural Funds for Tourism

V první kapitole jsou popsány základní principy, podle kterých je implementována podpora do členských států Evropské unie, vč. cílů regionální politiky, popisu fondů Evropské unie a popisu projektového cyklu. Diplomová práce poskytuje přehled programů, ze kterých bylo možné čerpat podporu na cestovní ruch v programovacím období 2004 - 2006, a rovněž přehled programů, ze kterých mohou žadatelé čerpat nyní, tzn. v období 2007 - 2013. Další částí je analýza především SROPu, dále JPD 3 a INTERREGu IIIA Česká republika - Polsko. Poslední kapitola představuje příklad úspěšné žádosti o dotaci ze SROPu do oblasti cestovního ruchu.

Práce přibližuje význam komunikace v cestovním ruchu a popisuje obecnou tvorbu komunikační strategie. Dále obsahuje existující komunikační strategii v cestovním ruchu Krajského úřadu Středočeského kraje a vlastní návrh komunikační strategie. V poslední části je komunikační strategie v cestovním ruchu Krajského úřadu Středočeského kraje zhodnocena a porovnána s návrhem. Přiloženy jsou propagační materiály úřadu a vlastní návrh propagačního letáku.
