Background: Medication errors or drug related problems (DRPs) have a negative impact on the whole process of health care and are significant health risk for a patient. Aim of study: The aim of this study was to describe and evaluate the role of pharmacist in identification and solution of prescribing errors. And to discuss the possibilities of the further development of safe medication practices in the Czech republic. Methods: 33 pharmacists from community and hospital pharmacies participated in a study. Data were collected by web questionnaire for a period of 15 days. The following DRPs were collected: incorrect indication of drugs or contraindicated drugs, prescribing of drug for incorrect patient, wrongly prescribed name of drug, contraindications, duplications of therapy, potential drug interactions or problems with dosage (e.g. overdosing). The use of online marketing in the Chinese market environment

The diploma thesis deals with the use of online marketing as a marketing strategy on the Chinese online consumer market. The aim is to find out what role online marketing plays in the life of Chinese consumers, how it influences the consumer's decision-making process and whether the Chinese market offers prerequisites for the development of online marketing. It is an analysis of the specifics of online marketing in the Chinese market environment together with the characteristics of Chinese digital consumers. Thanks to this analysis, it is possible to identify the opportunities that this relationship may bring to merchants on the Chinese B2C market. The analysis also offers the comparison of the behaviour of Chinese digital consumers and the Czech online consumer community, which enables Czech businesses to understand the specifics of the Chinese online market and eventually be able to adapt their strategy for this market. A questionnaire examining the specifics of the Czech online consumer community is a part of this thesis.

Asylum Policy in the Czech Republic in perspective of the Common European Asylum System

The diploma thesis entitled "Asylum policy of the Czech Republic in perspective of the Common European Asylum System" describes and analyses the contemporary asylum policy from the national point of view as well as from the European. The represented asylum legislation of the Czech Republic and its application is set into the context of the Common European Asylum System. The thesis discusses the position of applicants for international protection. They apply for this status either immediately after crossing the border or after expiration of their residence permit. This thesis concerns legal or illegal entry or residence as well as the whole procedure described. This is initiated by the application for international protection, it continues over search of the persons, interviews and asylum reception centre and it leads to the final decision by eventually granting international protection status. The authoress also tries to define practical aspects of the international protection seekers staying in the asylum centres. This paper is also focused on other possibilities of unsuccessful applicants above all it means voluntary repatriation.
Employment of foreigners in the Czech Republic

The bachelor thesis looks into the topic of Employment of foreigners in the Czech Republic in the terms of dependant work. The aim is to deal with the issue of obtaining necessary the permissions by these individuals (i.e. residence permission, employment permission, blue card and green card). Furthermore, this thesis deals with the current practice of the Czech employers and job agencies and also means (gateways and government programmes) which assist foreigners in finding a job in the Czech Republic. The thesis is supplemented by a survey carried out through two electronic questionnaires among Czech employers and foreign employees.
