Tool wear testing method of cutting tools with cermet cutting edges in turning
Koppová, Aneta ; Kouřil, Karel (referee) ; Sedlák, Josef (advisor)
The diploma thesis deals with the analysis of the wear of tools fitted with cermet cutting edge. The first part is focused on the theoretical aspects of the problem, which are applied in the practical part. The aim was to perform cutting tests in which carbon steel was turned under selected cutting conditions. Tool wear during turning and the quality of the machined surface were monitored. Machining continued until the selected wear criterion reached the limit value. Two different cermets were tested and the measured data were the basis for the analysis of the wear of the tool edges and the determination of the tool life.
Manufacturing of a special box using 3D printer
Grünwaldová, Kristýna ; Slaný, Martin (referee) ; Koppová, Aneta (advisor)
This thesis deals with manufacturing of box with locking mechanism by using technology of 3D print. The aim of this thesis is manufacturing a functional model of the box, what will be used in escape games. The sequence of stages what leads to manufacture the model is descibed in the thesis. First the suitable technology and material for 3D print had to be assessed and selected. Then the model was created in software Inventor according to input parameters. This 3D model was processed to STL formate and then was produced the G-code for a printer from PrusaSlicer programe. Parts of the box were printed and assembled and then the functionality of them was assessed.
Tempering of 3D FDM printed parts
Macháček, Jan ; Koppová, Aneta (referee) ; Zemčík, Oskar (advisor)
The bachelor thesis covers 3D printing methods, parts of a 3D printer, materials used to 3D print and the theoretical part od tempering 3D printed parts. The practical part consists of designing the experiment, results of tests and an econimical a functional evaluation.
Properties of wood composite materials for FDM printing
Uvíra, Dominik ; Koppová, Aneta (referee) ; Zemčík, Oskar (advisor)
The first part of this bachelors thesis covers the research of 3D FDM printing, wood-filled composite materials and a comparison between them and typically used materials for 3D FDM printing. The second part of this thesis is focused on designing experiments to evaluate various print parameters and their effects on the printed part.
A process of making a coffee table
Rehák, Andrej ; Varhaník, Matúš (referee) ; Koppová, Aneta (advisor)
The bachelor's thesis deals with the design and description of individual production processes of a coffee table. It contains a summary of today's trends in the production of tables, and making its own original design and suitable structural joints. Furthermore, the work focuses on the selection of suitable production technologies, used machines and tools for the production of the proposed product. Part of the work is necessary drawing documentation, production process of the selected part and photographs from the production itself.
Implementation of Total Effectiveness of Mechanism for Production Processes Improving
Koppová, Aneta ; Sliwková, Petra (referee) ; Sedlák, Josef (advisor)
The bachelor thesis is focused on monitoring production machines efficiency in the Siemens s. r. o., o. z. Elektromotory Mohelnice company via the Overall equipment effectiveness indicator. The aim of the work was to analyze the current state of machine monitoring, to evaluate existing solutions, and to propose further development options. The analysis of the current state contains a description of the data collection method used, an evaluation of the data, and a visualization of the results. The information served as a basis for determining a scheme according to which the company will focus on the most important machines and draw up an action plan in order to reduce downtime and, consequently, increase production productivity.
