Business of Czech companies in the China

This master thesis is focused on business environment in China from the perspective of Czech companies. The theoretical part represents basic informations that are good to know for every entrepreneur who is thinking about exporting to China. First, it introduces chinese economic situation from historical and contemporary perspective and its cooperation with the Czech Republic. Subsequently there is a describtion of industries, which still bring opportunities for Czech companies. At the end this part maps the participation of Czech companies in the Chinese market.The second part of the theory focuses on describing the opportunities to enter the Chinese market and also on how to deal with Chinese enterpreneurs. From European perspective is Chinese market still very different and it could lead to misunderstandings and business problems. Practical part of the work is to focus on a few Czech companies to describe their experience with the Chinese market and highlight the advice for other companies. Final part includes selected recommendations for enterpreneurs, which are based on interviews and questionnaires of Czech export managers dealing with China.
Business plan – YuLoong Dumplings

The aim of this Masters thesis is creation of business plan for fast-food chain. Therefore, the basic idea of this business plan is to bring a well operating Taiwanese fast-food in the form of franchise into Europe. The theoretical part is devoted to the analysis of the structure of business plan, legal forms of companies and issue of franchising. The practical part covers first particular steps of set-up and operating the franchise of fast-food in the Czech Republic. This part is focused on the introduction of YuLoong Dumplings Company, analysis of fast-food market in CZ, marketing and operating strategy of new founded company and financial plan. The result of thesis is evaluation of competitiveness of this project as well as preparing the business strategy for new company, which should be used in current real conditions.
Business plan - Mountain Guest House

The main target of this Master's Thesis is to create a business plan of the Mountain Guest House in the Jizerské Mountains and an assessment of the profitability of this project. The theoretical framework summarises the definition of terms such as entrepreneurial activity, business, entrepreneur, attention is also given to the requirements and structure of an entrepreneurial plan and a promoter's budget. Further described methods enable an analysis of the competitive business environment. The practical Framework describes the planned project, in-depth market analysis of accommodation services in the Jizerské Mountains, analysis of the competition and target customers. The Master's Thesis also includes a marketing plan alongside with a financial plan, allowing an evaluation of the feasibility of the business plan.
Competition for starting entrepreneurs as a way to support and develop of small and medium enterprises in the Czech Republic

The goal of the thesis Competition for beginning entrepreneurs as a way to support and develop of small and medium enterprises in the Czech Republic is to analyze the efficacy of entrepreneurship competition. Based on this analysis, the treatment recommendations for their improvement would be provided. The theoretical part is emphasized the importance of small and medium-sized enterprises, summarizes the information of the support of small and medium enterprises in the Czech Republic. The practical part is focused on the competitions for beginning entrepreneurs in the Czech Republic. By interviewing competing participants, opinion would be given on the effectiveness of their functioning and series of recommendations would be provided.

This thesis deals with a business plan of constructing and running beach volleyball courts in Prague 3. The main target of this thesis is to create a business plan and evaluate its viability and profitability. Secondary targets are identification of convenient location for the project, creation of a financial plan and investment rate of return evaluation. The theoretical part contains definitions of key terms, general structure of a business plan and principles of methods applied in the second part. Practical part is the actual business plan, where are designed specific programs in order to increase occupancy of courts during work days. Practical framework also includes analysis of target customers, analysis of a competition, marketing and financial plan.
Business Angels in the Czech Republic

This dissertation thesis concentrates on Venture Capital in the form of Business Angel investments in innovative companies in the Czech Republic. Primarily, the general knowledge of the Business Angel investments among entrepreneurs and students, the utilization rate of angel investments and the terms of cooperation between investors and entrepreneurs were analyzed. The main objective of this work is to design a methodological procedure of optimal cooperation between Business Angels and innovative entrepreneurs that has had a positive impact on the prosperity of all stakeholders. The theoretical framework summarizes the importance of Venture Capital as a source of funding new and innovative technology companies. Moreover, it focuses on realized research concerning angel investment in the USA and Great Britain. The primary research was realized in the form of interviews with investors and entrepreneurs, who had raised capital from Business Angels. As well, was realized five year long research among the students of universities all over the Czech Republic via questionnaire. Based on the analysis of secondary research and results from qualitative and quantitative research, were designed a normative model, descriptive model and methodology of cooperation between Business Angels and entrepreneurs. The proposed models and methodology respect the international practice, and the outputs have been tailored to the Czech environment as well.
Analysis of brand awareness of Air Bank on the Czech market "Can the Czechs like also a bank"?

The aim of my bachelor thesis was to analyse the position and awareness of the new young emerging banking institutions on the Czech banking market that occurred after entrance of new young banking institutions, which disrupted the traditional hegemony of big traditional banks such as Česká spořitelna, Komerční banka and others. The research is primarily carried out from the point of view of brand creation. Theoretical conclusions, that define the first part, are practically validated on a specific example of the new bank - Air Bank. I describe the bank history and key milestones in its establishment on the market and defining marketing approaches that Air Bank has chosen including their influence on the brand awareness. To confirm my claims -- both theoretical and practical ones - I conducted a questionnaire survey at the end of my thesis investigating either general factors of clients approach to banks, and in particular the key public knowledge of Air Bank. I obtained an overview of the success of their marketing communication and brand awareness. In the survey, I confirmed my hypothesis that points to the knowledge of Air Bank and its marketing communications.
Analysis of reportage advertising of United Colors of Benetton

Bachelor thesis called "Analysis of reportage advertising og United Colors of Benetton" described advertising campaign, by United Colors of Benetton in the nineties. The advertising campaign for United Colors of Benetton designed and mot of them photographed Oliviero Toscani, famous Italian photographer. This bachelor thesis focuses on individual topics of advertising campaigns, such as racism, AIDS or war. The aim was to determine the theoretical work by professional articles and books, in which countries and why the individual advertising posters banned. The aim was to investigate the practical part of the general public views the company Benetton, awareness campaigns reportage United Colors of Benetton and public opinion on ethical aspects of advertising campaigns.
