Monitoring system for applications and system of linux servers
Janovský, Martin ; Chmelař, Milan (referee) ; Janovič, Filip (advisor)
Bachelor's thesis solve the problem sight above distant Linux's servers. She describes technology, that are used for following servers. Further is described application by herself. Main problem at distant sight is, that the oneself have to check every one server separately. This performs central server provided by web server with the support language PHP and database MySQL. Central server creates interface between user and servers. All application is built on PHP, MySQL and SOAP messages. Server, which is monitored, is equipped web server and application for automatic execute process. All application is then built on exchange SOAP messages, which contain monitoring information. These data are preserved in database and further used for various statistics and graphs. By the help of web interface on central server can be information suitable displayed. This interface makes it possible to do action above single processes. Restarted or stopping process is at distant management used frequently. Naturally is respect emphasis on safeness. Optimal place for placement these application is operator centre or administrator's computer. Demand user has then displayed all monitored servers on monitor. On nonstandard state of process user is promptly alert. This situation he can promptly solve.
Stress analysis of the total hip joint endoprosthesis head under oblique loading
Janovský, Martin ; Janíček, Přemysl (referee) ; Fuis, Vladimír (advisor)
This diploma thesis is concerned with the stress analysis of the total hip joint endoprosthesis ceramic head under oblique loading. Load was obtain from experimental in vivo measurement on three patients, whereas two of them was the same weight. As input variables were use contact forces, especially knee bend and standing on one leg. Furthermore they will be considered shape deflections from ideal cone, especially circle deviation, cone deviation and cone plus circle deviation together.
Design and implementation of signal processing library using Android
Janovský, Martin ; Hudec, Antonín (referee) ; Trzos, Michal (advisor)
The diploma thesis solves the problem of design and implementation of library for digital signal processing on Android platform. It describes problems with development software on this platform. There is also a debate about portion of Android on market. It describes technologies and ways, that were used for developing an application. It also explains the efficient programming techniques, in some cases, offering alternative solutions and ways. Effectiveness examines from the perspective of processing power and memory consumption. Continues through analysis Android platform architecture, and some features of its system to the description of some of its parts. Gets up to the description of work with the audio data formats, or to work with files and various collections of data. Then description continues with functions and the application itself. The actual library is controlled through the user interface and some other functions. User select parameters of each signal to be processed. The signal can be generated or the recorded sound signal. After selecting the parameters of each filter, the user can play the output signal and observe the change. In other part different instruments are compared and discussed some improvements, which accelerate and improve the entire application. The conclusion summarizes the results and benefits of the entire diploma thesis.
Possibilities to potentiate effect of non-opioid analgesics
Janovský, Martin ; Kršiak, Miloslav (advisor) ; Farghali, Hassan (referee) ; Kozák, Jiří (referee)
The aim of the present Thesis was to investigate the possibility of the improvement of analgesic efficacy of novel non-opioid analgesics selectively or preferentially inhibiting COX-2, coxibs and meloxicam, by combinations with other substancies. These analgesics have favourable profile of gastrointestinal tolerability. For this purpose, a few different approaches were used. Based on the published data, two members of the cyclooxygenase-2 inhibitors group were selected, etoricoxib and celecoxib, and their interactions with the weak opioid codeine were assayed. Analgesic efficacy of the individual drugs and their combinations was evaluated using the preclinical model of acute visceral pain (the writhing test), in mice, and the statistical method of isobolographic analysis was used to investigate the manner of interactions. Subsequently, the interactions of paracetamol and ibuprofen with codeine were also assayed using the same methods. The interaction between celecoxib and codeine was found to be additive, while that between etoricoxib and codeine was sub-additive. On the other hand, the interactions of paracetamol and ibuprofen with codeine were synergistic. In the second part of the Thesis, the potential improvement of the pharmacological properties of meloxicam was evaluated after its complexation with...
Medieval village and its natural environment. Model studies (8th-15th century).
Janovský, Martin ; Klír, Tomáš (advisor) ; Beneš, Jaromír (referee)
This master's thesis deals with the natural environment of two selected deserted medieval localities - Jevany-Dubina (Prague-East District) and Hol (Capital City of Prague). This work consists of two relatively independent parts. The first theoretical part describes chemical processes occurring in forest soils, and anthropogenic impact on soil. The second part is the actual research associated mainly with the study of agricultural land use and the variability of the natural environment influenced by man. The research of the Jevany-Dubina site consisted of an additional geodetic survey, a description of all relics, a surface collection and a geophysical survey. Selected procedures partially helped to interpret the parts of the settlement and its function. We conclude that a farmstead with guardians was most probable. The main part of the thesis is devoted to a geochemical research in the intravilan and extravilan of the deserted medieval village Hol. The greatest attention was paid to the interpretation of phosphorus (P) distribution in soil. Another of the issues dealt with in this thesis was the extent to which residents fertilized their fields and gardens around the village. Higher values of anthropogenic P in soil have been documented only in the intravilan of the village. Farther away from the...
Geochemical methods in medieval archaeology: testing in the area of the deserted village Hol (Capital city of Prague)
Janovský, Martin ; Klír, Tomáš (advisor) ; Holata, Lukáš (referee)
This bachelor's thesis deals with the application of geochemical methods in the area of the deserted village Hol with a focus on phosphate analysis. The goal of the research of the area was to define the relative differences in the geochemical composition of soil in individual parts of intravilan and fields and contribute to the knowledge about their economic utilization. The evolution of the phosphate analysis in the world and in the Czech Republic with the focus on the issue of application of different methods used mainly in the medieval locations constitutes a significant part of the thesis. Natural conditions and other external effects influencing the content of phosphate in the soil were taken into account. The macroscopic observations during the probe digging proved the absence of a strong humic horizon in a place, where gardens were originally assumed. This absence could point to the location of economic buildings. The bleaching of upper soil horizons in the area could be caused by previous human activity; this phenomenon is connected not only to natural conditions, which are not opportune, but also to the absence of medieval tillage. The content of P in the assumed gardens does not differ greatly. It is relatively high which could indicate the presence of previous economic buildings or...
