Tato práce se zabývá napěťovou analýzou keramické hlavice totální kyčelní endoprotézy, která je zatížena šikmo. Zatížení bylo získáno z experimentálního měření in vivo (uvnitř lidského těla) na třech pacientech, přičemž dva měli stejnou hmotnost. Jako vstupní parametry z těchto experimentů byly použity kontaktní síly, a to pro dřep a stoj na jedné noze. Dále jsou při modelování uvažovány výrobní odchylky geometrie dříku a to: odchylka od kuželovitosti mezi hlavicí a dříkem, ovalita 0°, ovalita 45°, ovalita 90° a odchylka od kuželovitosti společně s ovalitou. This diploma thesis is concerned with the stress analysis of the total hip joint endoprosthesis ceramic head under oblique loading. Load was obtain from experimental in vivo measurement on three patients, whereas two of them was the same weight. As input variables were use contact forces, especially knee bend and standing on one leg. Furthermore they will be considered shape deflections from ideal cone, especially circle deviation, cone deviation and cone plus circle deviation together.
