This thesis analyzes the problems of introducing a new e-commerce market. By using of analytical methods to determine the most effective procedure for the particular company. In the first part of this document we will introduce the theoretical background, which we will apply in some further analysis and creation of electronic commerce. The result is a design that serves to expand the service portfolio of the company.

Quantitative analysis of biophysical parameters of crops using multispectral data Copernicus

The development of a methodology for retrieval of biophysical parameters using multispectral satellite data Sentinel-2 has been optimized for the most frequently grown crops in the Czech Republic: winter wheat, spring barley, oilseed rape, lucerne, maize and sugar beet. The target crop parameters were chlorophyll and water content in leaves and leaf area index (LAI). The method of calculating biophysical parameters was based on the use of the ProSAIL radiation transfer model, where the model simulates canopy status for various combinations of biophysical parameters in inverse mode. A combination of biophysical parameters, showing the best match for the reflectance values observed by the Sentinel-2 satellite system is searched. Developed products will find use in farms, for example in planning the management of agricultural land.

Activation of Cognitive Functions in Senior Houses

The Bachelor´s thesis deals with application of methods which stimulate cognitive functions in retirement homes. It investigates which activities are offered to people in retirement homes. The thesis concerns with its impact to them and its advantages and disadvantages. The information was achieved by half-structural interview with activation workers in retirement homes. It is devided into a theoretical part and a practical part. The theoretical part of the thesis proceeds from specialized literature analyses and verified internet sources. It is devided into seven chapters. The first chapter deals with old age, growing old, stages of old age, active ageing and involutive changes which comes in that part of life. The second chapter is devoted to specification of cognitive functions (sensory perception, memory, learning, thinking and attention). In the next chapter are described involutive changes of selected cognitive functions. The fourth chapter deals with training of cognitive processes and their activation. There are descibed methods and treatment which are used for this purpose. The last chapter is focused on legislative definition of retirement homes and activation function which takes place there. The practical part of the thesis is composed of a qualitative research method. There were used half-structured interviews with four activation workers from chosen retirement homes in South Bohemia for the research. The results which were formed from the given information are divided into several fields. They bring up the responses to the research questions. The main aim of the research was to find out which methods are really used for activation of cognitive functions in retirement homes, their income and response of activation workers.

Possibilities of object-based classification for selected biotopes above tree-line in the Krkonoše Mts. National Park detection Abstract The bachelor thesis is focused on the object-based classification of vegetation above the tree-line in the Krkonoše Mts. National Park using orthophoto with near infrared band and spatial resolution of 12.5 cm. Orthophoto was acquired in summer 2012. The classification legend was compiled by botanist of the national park. Software ENVI 5.1 was used for object-based classification using the field data. It provides two approaches to classification - Example-based and Rule-based. The overall accuracy of the best classification result was 75.97 % for 13 classes. Landscape as mirror of social processes. An analysis of development of landscale structure in time

The main topic of this thesis is the inter-relationship between human society and natural systems. The cultural landscape is one of the physical manifestations of this interaction, and that is why the landscape is a suitable object for observing the relationship between man and nature. Thus, the structure of the landscape can represent a "mirror" of social processes. The theoretical part of this thesis deals with the relationship between human society and nature, the main factors of social changes are presented in terms of the concept of social metabolism and the colonization of nature. In the empirical part, the analysis of the development of the landscape of the area of interest in the time period 1839-2007 is presented, based on geographical information systems using a visual interpretation of the map of stabile cadastre and historical aerial images. In the discussion, there was sought for connections between these changes with the social development in the researched area. It is an example of a typical Czech cultural landscape and is distinguished by significant representation of intense agricultural utilization of the landscape. The pond Svět - the development of selected environmental factors in the years 2009-2010

Fishpond Svět is one of the most prominent and attractive water bodies of Třeboň region. It is located close to Třeboň town, is is used for fish production and joined economic activities, as well as for recreation and sporting. To harmonize all the functions is the goal of the Rybářství Třeboň Co., owner of the fishpond, and local governement of Třeboň town. For revitalization of the fishpond, economic activities are harmonized in order to improve the water quality. The goal is provided via decreasing fish number, fertilizers and food, which resulted in decreasing numbers of cyanobacteria and algae in phytoplankton, especially during warm parts of years, when the troubles, for recretaion, are most. This measures are monitored by Inst. Botany Acad. Sci. via regular sampling and analysing NO2-, NO3-, tN, PO43-, tP, Cl- a NH4+ concentrations as well as temperature, Secchi desk depth and chlorophyll_a. I was participating in sampling and evaluation in period 2008-2010. Results of the monitoring are regularly presented in local press and internet home page of town Třeboň which is also covering the expenses of the project.
