The preparedness of kindergarten teachers for the child with a different mother tongue

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to figure out how kindergarten teachers are prepared for working with children of a foreign mother tongue. The theoretical part deals with the explanation of who a child with a foreing mother tongue is and with other topics related. Further on, the theoretical part is devoted to the adaptation and inclusion of children who speak a foreign mother tongue into a kindergarten and their linguistic development. The practical part describes and evaluates the qualitative research. The method used was an interview. Kindergarten teachers in České Budějovice, who have had experience with children speaking a foreign mother tongue within the collective of a Czech kindergarten, were interviewed.

Bachelor thesis Margaret Thatcher's foreign policy. Her attitude to communism and to the Soviet Union in the eighties shows on singles examples development of Margaret Thatcher's attitude to communism when she was the prime ministr of Great Britain. Her critical opinions to communism was clear in the perion when she wasn 't in high policy, at the beginning this thesis are consider on how she get on the post of the prime minister. Most attention is given to the period when she was the prime minister. Thesis try according to her's reactions to the singles examples, which influenced relations between East and West in the eighties, shows development of her attitudes to communism. Next question is if her anticommunism was influenced by her quite good relationship with the leader of Soviet union Michail Gorbachev. Intention of this thesis is look into conception of foreign policy of Margaret Thatcher towards Soviet Union. What influenced her's decisions and by what she guided in her 's foreign polici towards Soviet union.
The cae about patient with liver transplant

I wrote my thesis about The care of patient with transplant liver. The work is divided into theoretical and practical part. I directed the theoretical part to anatomy and function of liver and gall-bladder ways, liver's diseases, which conducted to transplant of liver patiens, whose case reports I will work in the practical part. I present etiology, clinical symptoms, diagnostik, complication and treatment of diseases. I paid attention a special chapter to problematic of transplant of liver. In the practical part I work out case report sof two patiens with transplant of liver, who were hospitalized in Clinical anesteziology, resuscitation and intesive care in IKEM. In the first case report I describe course of hospitalization of patient with liver cirrhosis. In the second case report I desribe course of hospitalization of patient with acute hepatic failure on the strength of Wilson's disease. At first I work out a course of important days for treatment.I took nursing anamnesis. I set needs of patiens and then I describe nursing interventions. In summary I present nursing diagnosis.I evaluated nursing care and whole course of hospitalization. At the end I compare a course of treatment about the patiens with different diagnosis. Analysis of not only special-educational needs of a family with a disadvanteged child

In my dissertation, I am adressing analysis of special pedagogic needs of disabled children's families.. I am describing each single sphere connected to this problem in the theoretical part. That includes family, psychical and other needs of parents(as educators) as well as disabled children, special pedagogic and social needs. In the practical part, I adress analysis of mentioned needs, whereas I am issuing two studies of families with disabled children. I am comparing work of vision therapists, professional support which family and child gets, and family surrounding.

Diploma thesis "Chess and chess-players in the Soviet society - the case o f Mikhail Botvinnik" deals with the position of chess and chess-players in Soviet Union mostly in the years 1930-1960. The first chapter describes those factors that lead to mass popularity of chess in the Soviet society and rapid improvement o f masters and grandmasters. State and party support was the key influence, especially Nikolai Krylenko, feared state prosecutor, who was in charge of Soviet chess organization for most of the inter-war period, played very important role. Thanks to this support Soviet chess-players could maintain quite wide international contacts, which was unique compared to other Soviet sports in that time. Second chapter shows the connections between chess and politics on the example of M. Botvinnik. It introduces his correspondence with CC RCP(b)/CPSU and examines two cases in detail: the discussion about possible match Botvinnik - Aljechin (1948) and Botvinnik's letters to CC CPSU secretary Pospelov on political topics (1954). The third chapter focuses on presentation of chess-players, mostly again M. Botvinnik, in Soviet media (the daily Pravda and magazine Shakhmaty v SSSR). The last chapter briefly describes chess in the context of Soviet culture, particularly its connections to sport, art and science....
Nursing process procedure in patient with an injury of cervical spine

I wrote my bachalor's work about Nursing treatment of patient with injury of cervical spine. The work is divided into theoretical and practical part. I directed the theoretical part to anatomy and biomechanics of spine and spinal cord, to etiology, symptoms and classification of injury of cervical spine. Then I paid attention to principles of first aid and mainly to diagnostic and treatment. I mentioned prevention and prognosis of this disease. ln the practical part I paid attention to nursing treatment of particular patient with injury of cervical spine and transversal spinal lesion. I took care about this patient in the spondylosurgery ward, where the transfusion of the stem cells was made to him. During the hospitalization I to ok nursing anamnesis according to Majory Gordon and I set nursing diagnosis and their aim. I drew up a pIan of treatment, which I realized and than I evaluated the result of provided treatment. In one part I paid attention to education of patient. At the end I described how I took steps during writting my work, if my method of treatment came right and I informed about my knowledge and experiences.
